Regarding your comment about "the oldest man at reception that would be myself,  I’d like to clarify that I welcomed you with professionalism, despite your insistence on accessing your room at 1:00 PM, while our official check-in time is 3:00 PM (not 4:00 PM as mentioned).

I’d also like to remind you that kindness and respect are mutual. I did my best to respond clearly and courteously, even if that did not meet your expectations at the time.
