Great hotel with restaurant, great bedding and breakfast, the best value for money in Nîmes!!!

A noisy neighborhood at night in the parking lot behind the hotel. Night owls coming out of clubs probably coming to smoke with voices that carry loudly at night.

I would like to explain my stay in this hotel which was very disappointing. First of all the room was not clean dust on the switches as well as dirty bay window not to see outside. Then room attached to the parking lot, therefore a lot of nuisance such as skidding noises and acceleration of car all night and morning. Toilet paper holder broken upon our arrival and placed on the edge of the toilet without prior repair. No trash bags in the room trash cans. Shower towel with traces of lipstick, it's a shame. Toilet door full of blows, damaged paint. The magnetic room badge is problematic each time the room is opened. The positive points: - the supercharger for electric vehicles on site - very large and pleasant bed - smiling and welcoming staff Very disappointed with our experience in this hotel for the price paid it is not worth it we will not return there.

There was no watercooker in de room and the airco dasn’t works.

We were very well received, smiling and friendly staff. The bedding is impeccable, the bathroom deserves a refresh (bathtub and stained ceiling) it's a shame because there was no welcome tray. The breakfast is very complete, really terrible: pastries, fresh fruit salad...

Very well placed hotel for a stopover. The restaurant is very pretty and the products served are good. Special attention for Lucas, the cook who works very well and quickly, he is very efficient.

I have been a customer for many years, but the shortcomings are becoming more and more obvious. When you enter the room, the first thing you notice is that the curtains are partially removed. The doors are also crying out for a new coat of paint. The side table could use sound-absorbing felt. The armchair makes the small room even smaller. The staff was great as always. It's just a shame that there was no scrambled eggs left at 8:45.

Impersonal hotel, unfriendly welcome. Aging room, damaged toilet door (needs to be completely repainted or changed). Dogs bark at night, people come home late making noise and the rooms are poorly soundproofed. We were woken up several times...

The furnishings of room no. 024 leave a lot to be desired. Absolutely in need of renovation. The decorative frame on the entrance door is splintered, risk of injury. The door to the toilet was very scratched, a new coat of paint was absolutely necessary. It has the feel of a run-down hotel. The overall impression of the room is shabby. No coffee maker. Bathroom was OK. Breakfast was OK. Pool water very dirty, not clear.

Very disappointed. The room was certainly small, but the cleanliness was not up to par. Lots of dust under the beds, windows so dirty that you couldn't see outside, and an unpleasant bathroom (old, and with toilet paper on the floor under the trash can. Trash can without a bag). Even though there is very helpful, smiling and welcoming staff, the lack of cleanliness means that I won't be going back.

We used this hotel for a stopover on the return journey. Convenient because it is very close to the motorway exit. Comfortable and quiet hotel with free internal parking. In the morning we also had a good breakfast.

Once we arrived at the hotel, we were in a little haven of peace: large entrance hall where we were received by a charming lady. Right next door, a restaurant with nice decoration and nearby, the swimming pool, surrounded by bamboo. There are tables and armchairs outside under trees, where you can have a drink. Room with sober decoration, clean. Good bedding. In summary, a very nice experience, thank you!

Friendly staff. The room was clean but small for a triple. No mini-bar. The restaurant staff connected to the hotel were not very friendly, did not speak English and did not pay much attention to hygiene!!

We had a great weekend. Very pleasant and zen welcome, decoration and atmosphere. Same for the room 👍🏽 Its location in an industrial area disappointed us a little at first but it is close to the city center, so practical. We were able to enjoy the tapas bar where we had a great time. Everything was perfect from the welcome, the meal, the service and especially the atmosphere! Pleasant outdoor swimming pool, we would have liked to have a bathrobe to access it given the standing of your establishment. Large choice in the breakfast buffet. Thank you to the whole team for allowing us to have such a pleasant stay.

I booked on the logis website. My questions were not answered. On arrival, I was asked how my reservation was made? I was asked for my ID to check if my reservation had been made. Not even a smile! I asked for a kettle, cups and coffee because there was none in the room. To access the swimming pool you have to go through the restaurant and you have to have trousers and a t-shirt to cross. Not having seen any notes, I was told about it. In short, I had the impression of disturbing the staff! Broken shower head.

I do not recommend this hotel, the exterior facade is not welcoming, the room is not pretty, old, dirty windows, dust not done, hard mattress, the positive point is the air conditioning. The reception and the restaurant are very modern, very fresh. The swimming pool is a plus but not enough space for the deckchairs, you have to cross the restaurant to get there, the breakfast is too expensive, not varied enough (lack of salty) The room is not soundproofed !! Very noisy.

Very disappointed with the services for a 4 star hotel. Lots of dust under the bed, very low quality of bedding and sheets. Mosquitoes crushed on the ceiling, frankly very disappointed.

Tourist factory rather than the "cosy" structure imagined. Comfort and care, quick access to the center but waking up to the nearby traffic and the clientele who are not very discreet spoils everything.

Very warm welcome by the receptionist. We were able to stay with our dog on the ground floor in an air-conditioned room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a restful night after a long drive. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant and bar, as well as a small swimming pool. Good welcome, hearty breakfast, tranquility as far as room 225 is concerned in any case. Comfortable bed, clean, for me it was very good. Just an internet outage for two days but it wasn't their fault.

Following a first experience 3 years ago which was very satisfactory, I repeated it this year. Unfortunately the experience was not as good as the first. We were on the ground floor, the room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable, with air conditioning. On the other hand, the bathroom was really a disaster: no VMC, a completely open shower with a drop-down window which was too small so we quickly found ourselves flooded in the bathroom, there was a lot of water on the floor , and the only mat provided was not at all sufficient for mopping although we did not take endless showers. Also the shower head, although useful for anti-waste, was really not practical... a semblance of strong pressure but not sufficient so longer shower than is usually necessary! So without VMC all the humidity did not go away, and horrible nauseating odors came out of the pipes, hell for the night... Too bad for this mishap, of course all this was reported when we returned the room.

Room for three too small. No room to move around, with one suitcase each for a short stay. Easy to access, correct. Lack of small fridge to keep drinks cold.

We stayed here for many years, but this year it was not good. The shower was bad, the airco didn’t work en the bed was very bad.

The hotel is pretty in any case as far as the entrance is concerned. As for the meh room, four beds in a room for the price, I've seen much better. A night spent in excellent conditions. Smiling, friendly staff whether at reception or the staff who take care of maintenance. We had a large dog, he was very well received and was able to stay with us. Very clean hotel with a nice dining room. The only downside (but I know it's for an ecological question) is the shower head system which sends a mist rather than a jet of water. You have to get used to it :) I highly recommend this hotel located in the heart of a very commercial area, which is not negligible and 30 minutes on foot (we did it), or 10 by car, of the superb Arenas of Nimes. hello, I was in room No. 3, although I have nothing to say about the room itself, the latter is positioned next to the cleaning room, and I was disturbed by a noise resembling a vacuuming alternately, until midnight, and it started again at 4 a.m. Suffice it to say that I would have preferred to sleep a little more than 4 hours per night.

Very nice hotel and nice surprise near Nîmes, a little secluded in a commercial area just what you need for peace and quiet. Value for money given the services: size of the rooms, swimming pool, restaurant and breakfasts. Just a lack of hot drinks dispensers in the morning when customers are busy.

Top perfect, a superb welcome

We sometimes use the hotels in Nimes several times a year. Last year we stayed with you for the first time. The first room was very nice, but had to be changed because of barking dogs. The room was then very good (3rd floor). Because of this experience, we booked again this year and were unfortunately totally disappointed. Room 024. I took pictures and showed them to reception, whereupon the room was changed again. Room 24 looks like a broom cupboard with a bed put in it. Black grout in the shower, completely scratched toilet door, scratched bedside table, broken wicker chair, curtain hanging down. Offering something like that is outrageous. My review refers to room 24. The other room didn't even have a power socket in the bathroom.

Fairly cold welcome from the receptionist. Smell of paint in the hallways I was in my room early in the afternoon and someone came in A lot of noise in the hallways from 7:30 a.m.

Receptioniste sprak geen Engels zocht zeker 10 minuten in 2 computers op mijn vraag is something wrong geen reactie er was wel een sleutelkaart op mijn naam ze verwijderde het kamernr en vulde iets anders in kregen toen een 3 pers kamer…. Zonder enige uitleg. Wilde daarna iets drinken buiten bij het zwembad over zei dat hij zou komen na een kwartier is mijn man naar binnen gegaan om te bestellen de tafel was erg vies gevraagd om schoo n te maken zou hij doen…. Na een half uur zelf met zakdoekjes maar schoongemaakt daarna kwam hij met een doekje en bedankte mij….. het was niet druk dus daar lag het niet aan nee niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Good hotel overall. The hotel staff is pleasant. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom and shower are spacious. On the other hand, the decoration is quite dated, and the door to the corridor is not very well soundproofed, in fact there was at least 1/2 centimeter of daylight under the door…).

During my stay there was a constant smell of sewage in the room, I warned reception several times, to no avail.

Despite being the last customer to arrive, the welcome and service were impeccable. The room was good quality and very quiet, everything you could want in a hotel where you are supposed to rest. Perhaps a small downside to the noisy air conditioning that I had to turn off.

Hotel is goed beteikbaar en heeft voldoende parkeerplaatsen. De kamer heeft prima bedden en redelijk schoon. De kamer was op de 1e verdieping met uitzicht aan de achterzijde. Aan de achterzijde was het zeer vuil. Tafel in het restaurant was plakkerig. Kregen eerst eem tafel aangewezen aan het raam waar het vol lag met kleine en dode vliegen.
Personeel was wel vriendelijk.

Voor een tussenstop op weg naar onze eindbestemming (Costa Blanca) kwam ik dit hotel op de site van Booking.com tegen en op basis van de vele positieve reviews heb ik uiteindelijk voor deze accommodatie gekozen en dat bleek een heel goede keuze. Het hotel overtrof zelfs mijn verwachtingen: ruime parkeergelegenheid, ruime kamer met dito badkamer, gezellig zitje, kingsize bed met stevige matrassen en goede kussens. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Dit hotel zal ik in de toekomst zeer zeker opnieuw boeken.

Beautiful hotel, well located with a good welcome but unfortunately poorly insulated so you can hear the not very discreet neighbors late in the evening, all night and early in the morning. Not really conducive to a good night's sleep. Too bad because the other services are very good :)

The hotel is close to Nîmes, easily accessible by car. We are a few minutes from the city center. The restaurant is very well decorated, the breakfast is quite nice, the welcome is wonderful. The rooms are however very small and we had a room which was a little dated. The bathroom, for its part, was very poorly equipped, non-functional shower curtain, out-of-order shower head, hair dryer from the year 1950. Despite the responsiveness of the reception service which repaired the shower head. This remains disappointing value for money for one night

Very well located, the NÎmhôtel stands out for its very competent and attentive team at reception. The standard of the rooms is correct for the level of the establishment although differences may be felt depending on whether the rooms have been renovated or not.

Room that smells strongly of cold tobacco, very unpleasant smell! 3 rooms reserved, all 3 on the 5th floor, we asked to have at least one room on the 1st floor (disabled person), but the room was smaller and much less functional for the same price as the other 2 more spacious ….

I recommend this establishment. I go there every time for my business trips near NIMES

Very thin walls! You can hear all the activities in the building. Rooms are very small. Ventilation doesn't work. Furniture and carpet are musty and old. Backyard hotel atmosphere. I've had much better stays for less money.

This is a great place for anyone travelling- it is economical, clean and the staff are very helpful. We’ve stayed here before but were disappointed on this occasion to find that the bar and restaurant are not open on a Sunday which is a pity because the food is excellent! The receptionist did however help us find an alternative place to eat,

I often stay in this hotel which offers real tranquility with a beautiful green space around and a warm and colorful decor. The value for money is assured and the rooms are pleasant and well soundproofed. I highly recommend the superior rooms (small price difference with the others) very comfortable with shower or bathtub of your choice!

Hello, the accessibility of the hotel is very good. On the other hand, I slept in a bed that creaked with every movement. I have smells in the bathroom, and no hot water! I'm quite disappointed overall, although the hotel seemed very good to me. Apparently, the rooms on the ground floor are different from those upstairs!

Very good stay, warm welcome and many smiles… I had asked to reserve a quiet room far from the elevator and my wish was respected. Big downside for breakfast because some people help themselves to bread and cut it without using the cloth napkin provided on the breadboard and the staff lets it happen…. I reported this on site and will also forward the review to you. Same thing for candied apricots that some people take with their fingers even though a spoon is at their disposal…. The list is not exhaustive unfortunately!!! Unfortunately there are female and male “BIG PIGS” and I know that it is impossible to have one person constantly monitoring them. Excellent breakfast and very pretty room. Thank you all and best wishes.

Last year the stay was still reasonable, this year we found the accommodation poor: a safe that does not work, loose hooks, a very bad bed. The restaurant is way too expensive compared to the quality.

No kettle in the room or courtesy tray. So I asked for a kettle but there was no cup for tea. I had to take my toothglass... Otherwise the magnifying mirror is very poorly placed in height. You must be at least 1m75 tall to use it. No black tea for breakfast. Only green tea, infusion or Roobois. Luckily the lady behind the counter managed to find me a nice morning tea. So tea lovers, bring your bags! Otherwise the hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

As in all hotels since the EDF price increases, when it starts to get cold their thermostat is blocked so that it cannot be touched! So for us it was really average...

Hotel modesto ubicado cerca de la autopista para descansar, asearse y continuar con el viaje. Está en un área comercial, junto a más hoteles y es un sitio tranquilo. Se encuentra a unos 4 km en coche del casco histórico de la ciudad. La habitación es amplia, la cama es cómoda, las almohadas ya no tanto. La limpieza correcta, con toallas y geles y secador de pelo. El baño está dividido en dos, por un lado se encuentra la ducha y el lavabo con un gran espejo y un pequeño cuarto adyacente, el WC, pero todo dentro de la habitación. La ducha podrían mejorarla cambiando la alcachofa porque es un poco rara, tiene tres orificios y el agua sale muy dispersa, no es la típica alcachofa en la que el agua sale en forma de lluvia, y la mampara al ser hasta la mitad se sale el agua por fuera.. Al ver la recepción y los precios del restaurante parecía que las comodidades de la habitación iban a ser de más categoría, pero son muy básicas y el mobiliario algo antiguo.. Pero para pasar una noche y descansar, en relación calidad precio cumple su función ya que necesitábamos un hotel con parking gratis y este lo tiene. Del resto de las instalaciones como piscina, restaurante y desayuno no puedo opinar porque no hicimos uso de ello. Parece ser que admiten mascotas porque había mucha gente con perros. Hablan varios idiomas, entre ellos el español.

We needed to stay 1 night in Nîmes and we found this hotel via booking. We selected this hotel for its location and very good value for money. We also had the option of having dinner and breakfast without having to search far. The setting and welcome are friendly. The wifi connection is not very fast but it deserves to exist.

A little disappointed. One of the two bedside lamps did not work during the 2-night stay, no garbage bags upon our arrival, absence of night reception at 1:30 a.m. with a wide open parking lot and young people wandering around, drain in the HS sink... this hotel lacks serious monitoring, it's a shame but not too late because this establishment is well located and is very comfortable

The cleaning staff slams the doors so loudly in the morning that you can't sleep. Otherwise everything was great!

Not great, we booked at 8:30 p.m. online, a bit late! What's more, the receptionist was visibly bitter and not welcoming at all for the punishment we were given the right to the room on the ground floor, the last one at the end of the corridor, or at worst we say we'll be quiet! We ask her if it is possible to eat at the restaurant, she tells us restaurant is closed, go buy food outside!!!! What we did to our great surprise was the restaurant was still open and serving when we returned a little later. In the shower only a product for the hands as a shower gel we asked for a large double bed we had two small beds sticking hair on the sheets and the window which does not lock on the ground floor not great! For the price of the rooms these limits! Next time we'll go somewhere else. On the other hand, the lady at the bar this morning was very nice.

Room 401 on the top floor should not be offered, noise from the elevator machinery, interior of the closet with a strong musty smell, impossible to put your clothes in. Shower handle impossible to block at head height. The rest was clean. Breakfast nothing more ordinary. Very disappointing for an accommodation.

The hotel is quite good even if it doesn't look much from the outside, quality of bedding very good, welcoming and friendly staff, free parking. Big downside: the catering! No organization in the service, quality of the cuisine not up to standard, I had to send back my dish and ended up eating nothing. Same with breakfast, lots of empty and missing things, disorganized buffet and no quality products. Fortunately, the restaurant staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The quality of the restaurant and breakfast service needs to be reviewed. In the restaurant, I waited 35 minutes for my aioli dish in which the fish was so cooked that the flesh stuck to the skin. At breakfast, there's no luck on the counter and when someone decides to show up, I'm told it's on the counter, no, sorry, there's none left, I'm the only one to manage.... having spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, this is an unacceptable response. It's a shame because the establishment is very nice... I'm not sure I'll come back there despite the attractive price via booking.com.

For sleeping in the bedroom, it's very good. Clear bathroom, separate WC, large bed. But then, the noise! As the hotel is located in a large shopping center, there was noise outside from early morning with the trash cans, then a construction site started shoveling and banging I don't know what, from 6 a.m. When it comes to noise, I also consider music in restaurants to be noise. Do we need rap, techno and English playlists evening AND morning? A little peace and quiet would be good after a long journey.

Hotel room was a bit tired and in need of a furniture upgrade. Bed had a big dip in the middle. Toilet door inside very marked and needs painting. Plumbing in basin is blocked and nasty smell rises when used. Shower is just adequate. Seems a mix of fine water spray and air to give the impression of a good shower. Shower door requires a strip at bottom to avoid excess water going on the bathroom floor.
Bar area is nice. Secure parking very good. Location is good for the many shops in the commercial centre. However 38 min walk to Arena wasn't pleasant for the first half. Area was dirty and littered and felt might be unsafe walking back to hotel after dark.

Bathroom a bit worn. Slight mold formation. The soap dispenser at the sink was dismantled on the sink instead of being mounted on the wall as intended. Dinner was okay - but not a revelation. Breakfast buffet top for French standards. Very friendly staff.

Very convenient for a stopover during the journey from Italy to Spain. Location just off the motorway in a commercial area served. Very large internal parking. Nice and quiet facility. They gladly accept animals, I didn't pay extra for two cats.

The hotel is close to the freeway and is still quiet. We were here for the second time with our dog and the staff is very friendly.

I am perfectly aware that you are in "renovation mode" but something suggests negligence (chopsticks taken off and placed in front of the door, can abandoned in the hallway).

The room smelled very bad and was not clean. Hair from other guests on the bedside table, floor and in the bathroom. The windows were also very dirty. The rooms on the ground floor are very badly soundproofed, you can hear all the arriving and departing cars.

We chose this hotel because we had to stop one night during our car journey and the choice was made being this hotel very close to the highway as we did not want to deviate too much. The hotel is it located in a compound where there are other hotels under weight paid more here than in another hotel next door, which is the same level of stars.
From the website, the rooms look that much better than they were, I think the pictures were deceiving.
We had a good dinner with local products and also the breakfast was good.
They are pet friendly (the charge is euro 9 per pet).

Staff at the front desk was helpful and professional. Overall, our experience was very positive except for the waiter service at the restaurant. The waiter didn’t pay any attention to the customers. We asked for an extra empty plate for a child which he never brought. We had to wait for a long time to refill a bottle of water. The waiter kept walking around the restaurant having conversations with other staff members.
