Perfect, welcome, comfort…
Defective bedding. Mattress at the end of its life. Bed width unacceptable for the price
Spacious and comfortable room, very pleasant and professional staff, very good quality catering, varied breakfast. Small downside for the parking (small).
Hello, I chose this hotel because it is rated 4 stars. I had to leave in a hurry. I couldn't leave the hotel because it was locked. 4-star criterion: 24/7 reception: RECEPTION IS ZERO. I HAD BOOKED 4 NIGHTS. I only stayed one night because I had to leave. As I couldn't leave the hotel, I refused to pay, even for one night. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 (3) stars. The price is exorbitant: it's even a scam.
Great hotel, a little out of town but ski bus stops outside hotel. Lovely family run hotel, great room service, fantastic Mountain View’s. Loved our stay here.
