We had booked this hotel because there was a restaurant. But when we arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed and that we had to check with the restaurants nearby. Except that all the restaurants nearby were closed too. I think we're taking the piss a bit, and it's dishonest not to specify this when booking. We regularly go to this region, but never to this hotel again. Count on me to give you the publicity you deserve. I don't think you'll publish my review, but I don't care. Unacceptable.

Came to the region for a wedding, the hotel is very functional and the staff is helpful and attentive. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable.

Very nice hotel, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, very rich buffet breakfast. The only flaw: there is no lift, we were with bike bags, lots of them, and we were on the third floor. Overall though, great stay.

We thought we were in the middle of the countryside from the photo but we found ourselves at the entrance to the highway surrounded by roads with heavy traffic, impossible to sleep because it was very poorly soundproofed, I thought I was in the center of Paris so that we were looking for calm. We had put aside comfort for the setting but we had neither because the room was very small, the bathroom/wc even smaller. Very soft and annoying mattress. Stained curtains, rough towels and probably there for a long time. Barely any shower gel is available unlike the photos which indicate products. And finally overpriced and unacceptable breakfast. Rusks and jams in individual portions from Carrefour, two tiny and overcooked pastries... no salty, I wouldn't call that a breakfast and even less so for 13 euros. I think that the positive reviews are false given reality and what we can read.

We greatly regretted having been woken up 4 times during the night by the hotel's fire alarm! The explanation given by the reception in the morning is that the alarm was triggered by people who smoked in their room, unscrupulous of the hotel's instructions and above all having no good manners and not caring about the comfort of others clients !

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. Friendly welcome, pleasant room, delicious breakfasts…

Very old hotel, high cost for a room of this type considering it is without breakfast. Such a room cannot exceed €60/65. The restaurant is a little more modern, but with a limited choice of dishes.

A well located hotel: easy access to Maurienne, Tarentaise, Chambéry, Combe de Savoie, etc. And the weather was very beautiful!

Good overall

Decent hotel just for a stopover. Located on the side of the road at a roundabout, it is very difficult to sleep at night. Disappointed by the restaurant without a real cook according to the staff which is also very small. Is there a manager at this hotel? We were there 5 days but never saw him.

Everything is perfect and clean! No complaints!

Very disappointing. Not up to 3 stars. No elevator! The lady at reception, seeing that I was very tired, told us about a room on a half floor even though it was a normal floor with 3 flights of stairs and 15 steps (which I counted). The hairdryer didn't work. The very small bathroom with toilet in the middle. Restaurant ok but very expensive.

Catastrophic soundproofing, engine noise all night long - motorcycles and cars -, pump noise every hour with the feeling of having a washing machine in the room - the hotel is located on the banks of the Isere and the water is pumped....

When we arrived (Sunday) we found ourselves in front of a closed gate. It wasn't until we saw the email with the code that we were able to enter. Also, the restaurant was closed. If we had known, we would have booked somewhere else.

Excellent choice for a short stay. Great welcome. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Only downside: no elevator and the mattress a little hard according to my personal preference and the size of the pillow too small (small rectangle)

Welcome by the very pleasant owner. Very friendly but discreet staff. Room 207 overlooking the back, spacious with a view of the swimming pool and the very pleasant surrounding nature. Despite the proximity of the national road, no noise. Very hearty evening stopover meal cooked with excellent local produce. Breakfast like the meal. I have already recorded it in my little personal green guide, in order to stay there on the occasion of a possible vacation in the region.

A place that is always pleasant but to my surprise the stopover evening reserved on the Logis application is at 115€ while the hotel menu offers two prices, 105 and 115. I had taken the menu at 105 and the bill Was the one on the reservation at 115. That's...a little disappointment.

The breakfast buffet is a real moment of pleasure where the choice and quality are there, nothing better to start the day off right. %

We wanted to stay here while passing through. When we arrived in the evening, the pitch-dark driveway was closed and there was no light to be seen in the building. The hotel seemed uninhabited and deserted. Nobody could be reached either via the intercom at the driveway or via the official telephone number. Supposedly we could have gotten access to this ghost hotel and a room with some code (kind of spooky, not for us). We then looked for a "normal" hotel in Chambéry. Lucky in disguise, the old town of Chambéry is really worth seeing. PS: after consultation with the hotel, the overnight stay that did not take place will "of course" be deducted from the credit card; this attitude suits this strange hotel

Room on the ground floor pleasant, very good meal and friendly staff, everything is good. Small remarks concerning the bathroom, there is no radiator to heat it before showering, and no socket to plug in an electric toothbrush, for example... But these are only small details that didn't really bother me.
