Very nice hotel and impeccable cleanliness. Warm welcome in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very high quality bedding. Refined meal and good value for money.
The suite perfectly matched the expectations and the images. The staff is very welcoming. The setting is beautiful; to enjoy the view, you have to be on the 2nd floor. If you are on the 1st, you will be entitled to a safari immersion, with its ambient noises to lull you. You could hear the elephants walking and the toddlers screaming. So I was able to test the reception, which is very responsive. However, no commercial gesture was offered to me for this inconvenience.

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic location with *comfortable!* beds and sensationally good pillows (a rarity). We were given a very friendly welcome - even in fluent German! The evening meal and the wines were delicious. Vegetarians, however, have a rather limited selection. The breakfast buffet included three different very tasty types of bread, jam and honey without plastic, fresh fruit, salami, ham, cheese, juices, puff pastry... We thought it was very good. PS: this evaluation form is a bit strange: stars are deleted when you scroll. I've scrolled back up twice now and added stars, but I don't know if they're still there after I sent it.
