Private room in a converted stable block in the grounds of a small chateau. Comfortable bed own shower and toilet. Communal kitchen and dining room if you want to use it, but as we were the only guests we had it to ourselves. Excellent breakfast in a large breakfast room. Very friendly owner and cat.

Sorry for the diner, we cooked meat and fish to respect the vegetarian habit of Madame. So we prepared on one side a chicken in cider camembert sauce with pasta and a cod in curry sauce for the other. Both of you had a pumpkin soup velouté in entry and an homemade apple-peach compote on desert. the pitcher of red wine was offered.
A peaceful night in a quiet green island. The host is very friendly, shows a lot of pragmatism and generosity to satisfy his customers. Thank you for everything.

Prima verblijf, hartelijk, alles aanwezig! Zeer behulpzaam. Een beetje jammer dat we bij het eten en het ontbijt niemand zagen We waren dan ook de enige gasten. Het avondmaal stond klaar maar was wel zeer eenvoudig van kwaliteit.

I recommend this hotel with enthusiasm because it is in an exceptional setting of greenery and calm and its rooms are very well equipped. Affordable in its price. A shared kitchen can be useful because there are no restaurants or shops nearby. You must have a vehicle to get there.

Very nice home. We liked - the comfort of the room because it is spacious and well decorated - the breakfast (the croissants: killer) in a lovely setting - the proximity to the center of Le Mans - the proximity to the banks of the Sarthe (excellent surprise ) with its hiking trail.

Nous avons passé an excellent nuit de repos dans ce charming établissement : l'environnement est bucolique (à near se trouve une promenade le long de la riviere Sarthe) and très silencieux, l'hôtel est toutefois très facile d'accès (à quelques minutes de l'A11 et des commerces et restaurants de la ZI Nord). Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'attentions. Les chambres sont très propres, la literie confortable et all est prévu pour le confort (bouilloire, thé et café, produits de toilette et même une cuisine à disposition). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Excellent report quality-prix!
Don't let the ratings deter you from staying. Lovely building. Accommodation more than comfortable. Large room and shower similar to many 5star places. Peaceful. Hosts more than welcoming. Can't do enough. Breakfast is typical continental. Is it worth the price? 9€? Depends what you compare it to but for the most part it compares much the same. Would we stay again? Yes almost certainly. It's a very nice B&B. Like very nice. I don't give compliments usually it takes a lot to impress me. But this was a hidden little gem. Thank you. The communication was also excellent.

Nearly everything was good only with hot weather you can have during the night.
