Logis Terrasse Hôtel

Unpleasant owner, smile optional. Old hotel with very poor soundproofing. Good breakfast. Rough and unironed bath towel. Too bad because it is very well located. Everything needs to be refreshed!!

The police was dirty not sure when it was last cleaned. The lights in the corridor did not work and it was pitch black trying to find a room. We did not feel safe if there was a fire if we had not driven. For 11 hours, we would've gone and found a more suitable hotel but found that it would've been unsafe to drive any further

Apart from the heat and road noise it was ok. Choose rooms in the parking lot

We had a great time, very well located. The hotel needs to be updated. A fresh start wouldn't be bad. But the bathrooms and the rooms are good. The breakfast as well as the very very hearty meal. We enjoyed the Normandy crepe and fries. A small note in the menu should be added that the Normandy crepe comes with homemade fries and green salad. Because we didn't know, we started with a vegetable soup starter. So we couldn't eat the home fries 😭 They were excellent. For breakfast service on the board written 7:30 a.m. on weekdays. But scheduled for 8:15 a.m. The day of our departure we left without breakfast too bad Small suggestion: breakfasts should start rather early. At your colleagues' house it starts at 6:00 a.m. Above all, we come to visit Lisieux. Starting the visits early would be better.

Well received, I had a room on the top floor, pleasant, perfect bathroom. The walls and floors in the common areas are not inviting but the room has bedding from another age, relaxing. Just that I felt uncomfortable for the young woman Laeticia who is called upon at all times by the authoritarian and strong voice of the owner. It was stressful, embarrassing, I put myself in the place of this Laeticia, who seemed to love this relationship and her work. So much the better 😅

very generous breakfast

Absolutely avoid! Borderline cleanliness. Blankets in the beds which are of course not washed between each client, I have never seen that. An end of a roll of toilet paper, for 2 it's just right and to make matters worse, when we returned in the night we couldn't access our key. We went upstairs and the key was on our room door where anyone could come in and have access to our stuff.

Partially clogged sink (room 4); second breakfast paid but the service was not provided; impossible to wait since I had a train to catch and the invalid that I am moves slowly. Friendly and helpful staff; restoration function very good.

The Hotel is very well located, which is what guided our choice. But he is getting old. which (perhaps) explains the price of the room. The catering is not the best!

A little more soap in the bathroom and toilet paper without having to ask for it

The hotel is very old and this is not in line with the proposed rate. Very average bedding as well as the quality of the rooms.

The facility is dated but very clean and welcoming. The managers were very helpful and kind.

Clean but old and very noisy. Review soundproofing and glazing (single glazing) Small model television to be muted so as not to disturb neighbours. To renovate. Bed lamp bulb missing.

There was no water 3pm, and later there was no hot water. Evening and morning it took 15 minutes running tap for any hot to come through. Unfortunately I had bites all over including face in the morning, so think the bed was not good. Breakfast was very basic coffee and bread. However, the location was good, and Madame was very jolly.

Very noisy street side room

The reception was rather cold, the lady not smiling at all! During the meal, the same, we were the only customers in the restaurant and between each course there was a very long wait and no one in sight!. At breakfast it was better, the person on duty was friendlier,

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Stationnement aisé. Proximité immédiate avec la basilique. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot (surtout la cage d'escalier) mais les chambres sont équipées comme il se doit (TV, salle douche nickel, et même terrasse avec sièges et petite table lorsque la chambre est côté rue... bien agréable quand il fait soleil)
