Very good stay at this hotel, whether for the night or the evening meal. Excellent quality/price for half-board for business trips. Only problem, I booked on the computer platform for one day and at the hotel the reservation was for the next day ... Nevertheless the staff quickly found a solution (off-peak period).
A perfect moment in an absolutely charming setting and a smiling team, who were able to advise us perfectly and allowed us to spend a timeless stay. A big thank you to all of you.
Pleasant evening, at a relatively low price. But we had trouble warming the room. And a word of advice, bring your own pillows. Decent meal, but excellent breakfast.
Nice, quiet and comfortable hotel! Smiling and helpful staff! Spacious suite with a slightly old-fashioned decor! Very small bathroom that could do with being renovated. Very good food but the service is not up to par (had to ask for water 3 times when the restaurant was almost empty; scarf forgotten on my chair that was found but not brought back to me). Pleasant outdoor jacuzzi and sauna.
Good stay, but the value for money is not there for the hotel part. The restaurant is really good, the team is great, and the value for money for this part is excellent.

Lovely character hotel with rooms and common areas recently renovated.
However we did not get on with the "blind" dinner menu arrangement and were disappointed. We tried to find out from the waiting staff what sort of food was on the "Menus dégustation de la Source" ranging from 77 euros for 4 services to 115 euro for 7 (without cheese) We took the 4 service. Given the price our expectation was built up for an excellent meal of surprises chosen by the chef. Although the food was good it was not wow in our opinion. Amuse bouche was very good, starter of egg in a mushroom and pork sauce with burgundy sauce we enjoyed, main of a bowl with two small pieces of beef in burgundy sauce (again?), with a saucer of julienne courgette in a creamy sauce was a bit disappointing although well cooked and lovely beef. Pre dessert and dessert were good though and we enjoyed them but not excellent and did not equate to the pictures on the website. Perhaps better if we had been told the items on the a la carte menu (choice of 2 starters, 3 mains, 2 desserts) were what you get chosen by the chef and then chosen ourselves and set our expectation better. For this level of price we would have expected a little more. So sorry, this menu did not work for us and did not feel value for money. Service and restaurant ambience was very good though.
When guests arrive, they wander around in front of the hotel and cannot find the entrance to the reception!
Perfect stay! Small downside on the quality of the meal served in the room (no vinaigrette on the salad, meat overcooked and not salty, fries too salty). I will come back without problem.

Wonderfully romantic hotel with a great garden and spa. Absolutely quiet location, great ambience. The restaurant is one of the absolute highlights, food like in God in France.
Delicious, inventive cuisine that subtly combines flavors. Perfect dinners and breakfast. Reception staff and very professional service, friendly and even with a touch of humor. Cramped and dated room with a small, unmaintained terrace with shabby furniture. A bit of a shame for the asking prices. Despite the great finesse of the cuisine, we estimate the prices to be a little overestimated.

Everything was great. Nice with spa even though we didn't use it. Excellent dinner!!!! But the very young and clumsy girl that served us should have had some more training with a good mentor before she would have been put to serve guests. I did really feel sorry for her and she didn't always understand what we said or wanted. (in French!)

A very satisfying evening stopover, a total change of scenery from the Paris region after a day of occasional work in your region, 1st stay last year very satisfactory so I repeated this year. In addition, the jacuzzi/spa service for a very well-received moment of relaxation for an equally satisfactory price. The comfort of the rooms at the top and tasteful decoration, the little caramels on the bed a little appreciated and very pleasant touch :) The nougats and caramels available for sale also very good :)

We booked a wellness stay (room, restaurant and spa) by phone last year. This stay included dinner and breakfast. We specifically went to this hotel on the recommendation of our family because the restaurant seemed very good and the hotel confirmed to us that the restaurant would be open. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We could not have booked this wellness stay that day. This was a mistake by the staff with whom we made the reservation, we were obviously very disappointed. The staff obviously felt very guilty and to make up for it, the hotel gave us a voucher for a Wellness stay, which we took advantage of 2 months later. This time the restaurant was open and what a dining experience! Really great! The room with jacuzzi was magnificent. Absolutely recommended, but remember that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Poor quality mattresses, and no heating in the bathroom! just a small blower which was hidden in the cupboard... real heating in this type of establishment is in our opinion a minimum... Standard room but ultimately a little expensive compared to the services, even if the bathroom is brand new, the furniture in the room has already lived (too much) time... a shame because otherwise the hotel is very good.

Very good kitchen, but the room leaves something to be desired: broken sink, bathtub with marks, shower without pressure and toilet not very clean. The bedding is hollow, the carpet very old. Parking lot with dog droppings. In short, it is high time to renovate everything and be more demanding about cleanliness.
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, the standard room is warm and welcoming, the breakfast was generous. Access to the jacuzzi and sauna is a pleasant plus! Very good 4-course meal!

A superb break for a weekend. A bit of a special weekend because it was my marriage proposal to my partner. With the help of the hotel team, I was able to make this moment unforgettable. The decoration was fantastic, a little attention to each place we visited: the massage parlor, the dinner table… The place is splendid, the staff welcoming and attentive. The care is simply perfect. As for the cuisine… it is divine! I could only recommend this establishment!
Why accept evening stopover reservations when the restaurant is closed??? Forced to eat a meal tray (of good quality) in the room, on a small table facing a 36 cm TV... we must do the same in a retirement home. It's rubbish, especially at more than €110 per evening stopover. I will not return to this accommodation. Other than that, the staff was friendly.

We had a great time. The room is very well appointed, comfortable and quiet. A very small downside in the bathroom: the shower is a little small. The staff is attentive and smiling. We will come back with pleasure.
For breakfasts at €18/person: no unsalted butter, no red fruit jam, limited choice of tea (no teapot), reduced pastries. . This is the only downside of our stay.

Hello, a few small drawbacks and remarks. Friendly and kind staff but rather quick welcome, lack of knowledge of the product (doubt about prices, hours, open pkg code).... Sofa not prepared, we had to ask (at the beginning we were contacted because key lost and we had to do it ourselves, finally key found) bathroom too small, repainted but finish not great, insufficient number of towels, welcome products non-existent, toilet paper not provided, seal to be redone, toilet flushed fix. lack of communication, at the start barely a glance and no request regarding our return on the stay, no verification and no invoice given. Breakfast: spoon for serving cold meats not practical, everything is too tight on the buffet, no music. Swimming pool, chlorine too high, damaged bracelet.... Sound system: customers played music, rather noisy... Positive note: the staff is friendly and smiling. The setting is beautiful, the product has definite potential. The swimming pool and spa are a positive asset. (for this stay we did not eat at the restaurant, but we have already tested the chef's cuisine and we will come back for the restaurant)
Bathroom from another age, macerator toilet, torn carpet in front of the bedroom door, dated, view of a building in near ruin. Room billing error to our disadvantage, restaurant staff not very friendly. Only the young woman at reception did her utmost and demonstrated good will. Icy swimming pool, announced at 28C, sauna not available because reserved contrary to what I was told before going there. In short, at €200 per night, not up to par at all. A big disappointment for both couples!

Very disappointing value for money. We expected much more considering the price... We tested everything and were disappointed by everything except the quality of the meal and the breakfast. SPA: no privacy, the hot tub still covered when we got there (even though our time slot was reserved). Massage: high quality but we paid for 1 hour of massage from 5:30 p.m. and at 6:20 p.m. the treatment was over, it's really not normal. Pool: the robot and the hose still in the pool, forced to swim alongside. Meals: good quality but service to be professionalized. Night: decent standard room. Breakfast: satisfactory. In conclusion: too expensive for the services provided.

Pleasant stay to shine between Dijon and Châteauneuf. The breakfast was very good. We did not try the restaurant despite abusive reminders from the house all week before our arrival (our response was not taken into account). We stayed in the mini suite n°15. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. But there are a lot of finishing problems for an establishment of this category. 1 finger sized hole in the middle of the curtain. Holes of the old curtain rod not filled. Ditto for the fixings of the television. 1 hole (cigarette burn?) in the door frame of the bathroom. No light points in the small dressing room.
Very good overall, but a few minor flaws for us: one dish of the superb gourmet meal, very creative and surprising, was too salty for our taste (the fish). For the rest, flawless. In the room, the shower head could not be fixed. These are details, but to be corrected

Hello, if the staff is exemplary, the price of the evening meal is too expensive and especially at this price it is unacceptable that the chef does not go for a walk in the dining room. Price for 6 people 600 euros. Also the accommodation for the price is not acceptable. Rooms that date, decor to be reviewed, bathroom more than thirty years old... For the relational, too. the chef does not come to see the customers but the restaurant manager passes by the morning before our departure with her dog in the yard and not even a hello. Damage

Hello, Correct hotel thanks to the renovated bathroom and toilets, bedding too low and too small (140 bed) dated room. The very very strong point of this hotel restaurant remains the restaurant team with an excellent chef and an excellent pastry chef.
A short but quality stay, from the reception: friendliness to the environment: cleanliness, decoration, relaxation area. A blind dinner: let yourself be guided, you will not be disappointed. In the kitchen: fantasy, poetry on the plates. Real professionals. Congratulations & nice continuation.

The fact of criss-crossing part of France and regularly going to hotels makes me more demanding, but this is a bit exaggerated. If the place is charming and having arrived relatively late (6:30 p.m.) I did not have time to enjoy it much, the friendly welcome and the clean and normally equipped rooms (apart from the heating on full blast and a warmth worthy of a month of July = amazing at a time of energy sobriety), the rest left a strange impression on me. A restaurant whose very high quality I don't doubt for a moment is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings = not very practical for stopovers. The hotel therefore offers a 2-course snacking formula ... delivered to your room with a small piece of bread and a carafe of water. Not only did it remind me of those beautiful COVID years when we were locked in our rooms with a ban on leaving, but the quality of the dishes served were very industrial and absolutely not good (a plate of very sauced salad with a few pieces of salmon which was called tartare and a more industrial cheesecake (it's not possible and without any taste), not even a glass of wine to wash it all down. Breakfast the same, unremarkable, or you have to get rid of the cutlery of previous customers to make room, all to charge 18€ per person, it's more than exaggerating. I paid when I arrived and didn't meet anyone when I left. Having stayed the day before at the Chateau de la Dame Blanche in GENEUILLE (25) for the same price at around €3, there is a world between the two from all points of view. We came for New Year's Eve on the 31st. The meal was excellent.
Spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff ready to do everything to satisfy you. And icing on the cake two chefs who invent dishes with multiple flavors and so original that you think during a meal that you are in another world. A world where everything is delicious, happiness for your taste buds and this without excessive prices. So go meet these two artists while enjoying body treatments or relaxation at the spa and sauna. On the other hand leave me a place so that I return very quickly
