Good value for money in the city center with private parking. Clean vintage hotel. Good reception. Points to improve: - noisy plastic mattress cover - hot water shower takes a long time to come and noisy shower tray - soundproofing could be improved

Friendly welcome but old hotel, without central heating: a noisy air conditioning system so impossible to keep on during the night. Bathroom without heating therefore, and very thin duvet. Satisfactory breakfast but sad restaurant room with very worn decoration. Very disappointing quality/price ratio.

Passing through for work. I am surprised by the Logis Hotel Label. Of course the price of the rooms is very affordable but the quality of the service provided??? Paper towel sheet as a napkin at breakfast??? The bathroom linen does not smell fresh and these are just details... I will no longer trust the Logis Hotel label

Nothing to complain about the welcome! The gentleman is super nice, welcoming, smiling and the cleaning lady is just the same, these two people are very kind!! Thanks to them ! Hotel easy to find, well located The room is good, I am satisfied. The only problem I have to say is the insulation, it's not insulated enough, you can hear everything, which is a shame. I definitely recommend this hotel

It was a bank holiday so quieter than usual. The lady on the desk was very accommodating about my bicycle. The hotel was what you would expect from a two star in a city on quite a busy road but very clean and rather charmingly dated.

Very nice home. Old common area but clean room. Please note no parking nearby. The hotel has paid parking.

We occupied room 326. The quality of the wifi connection is probably linked to the location of the room in the building: we had to regularly restart the connection by going near the elevator.

We only stayed one night. We were very well received. The room was ok. Despite everything, the bathroom door did not close. It was a bit embarrassing. The parking lot should have been closed but it was not.

Hotel well located in the center of Valencia. Busy street, but quiet at night if you are on the courtyard side (no view though). Aging premises and equipment (especially the bathroom) but the rooms themselves have been renovated. Decent breakfast. Very nice home.

Very good value for money, very good location and kindness on the phone before arrival and on site for check-in in the morning, earlier than the scheduled times. To possibly review the air conditioning system, which although functional, did not work via remote control (obligation to activate it manually by opening the box...). Some furniture also a little "ragged" although this had no impact on my stay and my personal comfort. Bathroom a bit small.

A warm welcome. Very friendly Restaurant suggestions: delicious cuisine and very affordable for the prices. We did not know the Hotel Saint-Jacques. In the section: "Why did you choose this hotel?" - We were looking for a "Logis" Hotel that accepted dogs - this is a determining and PRIORITY element in our choice of this charming hotel - "accessibility and location" is only a "default" answer. I would like to add that our dog was very well received by the young woman at the Reception of this charming Hotel Saint-Jacques - and we thank her very warmly.
