Very nice setting. But in the evening no hot water to take a shower not very practical. Room very poorly soundproofed, can hear the neighbors urinating. Breakfast at 14€ with no fresh local products and apple juice that sparkles (defect) changed immediately by the room manager. Room cleaning done between the 2 nights, window cleaner forgotten in the bathroom and dirty carpet put back on the towel rack right next to the shower towel. It's borderline. And no commercial gesture

Very good stay. The windows would need to be changed, for the standard. Very good air conditioning unit. The obligatory tapas evening menu is too restrictive and competes with the lunchtime picnic.
Used to staying in “logis hôtel” hotels, we have always been very satisfied (same category). In this hotel nothing met our expectations, when we arrived we had the impression of not being expected, no catering possible on Sunday evening, the person at reception pointed us to a restaurant which was closed! The details of the room equipment included a kettle, safe, ultimately an error in the room category according to the management. The bathroom is dated, the sink faucet rickety, empty shower product, no hook to hang the shower head, no tissues, hygiene products? The swimming pool, no shower or rather a shower on a HS garden hose, no changing rooms or toilets, questionable maintenance carried out while customers are swimming, the deckchairs are not cleaned. And finally, a maintenance person enters the room, an hour before our departure, while we are in the toilet. The scrambled eggs for breakfast are inedible. Even the very imprecise address is not easy to find with the GPS with just a neighborhood as an indication.
Very inflexible in their rules. You can only have the full buffet for breakfast, they do not consider having just a coffee or a juice, and that is more than 3 km from the town. Dinner took more than 40 minutes to arrive, once it arrived, it was good. The pool was very good, but next to the air conditioning units were quite noisy. The feeling is that they are short of personnel.

We had an amazing stay for seven days and felt so welcome. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, breakfast provided a lot of choice and the dinners were superb. A lovely relaxed restaurant and bar area. All staff were very helpful. A great place to stay and we will be coming back.

We spent a three-night weekend there with breakfast. Welcome by the very friendly and professional owner. The setting is perfect, the hotel environment is very pretty and very clean. Park at the back with swimming pool and large terrace for an aperitif before the meal. Very clean hotel and well-equipped rooms. Restaurant with large room and large lounge (we had two meals there in the evening). Very good quality of products, sufficiently generous and well presented plate. Very short but sufficient menu, 4 starters, 4 main courses and 5 desserts. The only downside was that the menu was the same on both evenings except for a starter and a main course. Price just a little high but the quality and quantity is there. I recommend this establishment located near the must-sees of the Luberon: Colorado Provençal, Les Ocres de Roussillon, Gordes, Roussillon, Lourmarin, Sénanque Abbey, Oppède le Vieux, Menerbes, the Apt Market, etc...

Inmiddels al meer dan 10x in Le Manoir geweest. En ik kom bewust terug: uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Uitgebreid en vers ontbijt, zeer schone kamers, super zwembad met ligbedden, en sinds kort worden er ook heerlijke tapas in de avond geserveerd.
Wat ik persoonlijk ook fijn vind, is de afgesloten grote parkeerplaats. Absoluut aanrader.

Hello I do not recommend this establishment. The manager was very unpleasant and unfortunately not very accommodating. A consideration close to nothing for its customers.
Very pleasant
Not only was the outside of the hotel attractive, the rooms were simply and tastefully decorated, the bathroom was beautiful with a deep, circular marble basin, limestone floor tiles and rainforest shower. The bed was large and comfortable and everything was clean.
The staff is very friendly.
Avoid the restaurant.... expensive, poorly prepared and poorly cooked. Didn't touch the "sea bream fillet" which was hard as wood and dry... despite the request for low cooking. Probably a frozen fillet! I noticed that out of 10 customers that evening I was the ONLY one to catch fish! In short, full bill, no alternative offer or even a little word of apology. 23 euros for some pasta - which was well prepared!

We took advantage of a promotional offer which made us more lenient, but the service at full price is average value for money. The out-of-the-way hotel requires you to take the car to go into town, despite its location on the edge of a busy road the well-insulated windows allow for a quiet night. The room is pleasant but the ergonomics are average, especially in the small, narrow and cluttered bathroom. No fridge, very weak wifi, small welcome tray but you could expect a biscuit or a small bottle of water like in some other less expensive establishments. We appreciated the very decent on-site catering and the very good breakfast, but above all a particularly kind and attentive welcome and service.
my room had a window overlooking a wall... the insulation between the rooms really needs to be reviewed 112€ per room per night it's really too expensive at 85€ I'm not complaining at 112€ I say no the 1st evening I I dined at the restaurant, €22 for overcooked cod

Nothing much to say about the staff...however the welcome given by the manager leaves something to be desired. Not very accommodating person...(we asked for an extra night...given the complication we preferred to tell him to give it up). Too bad because with a little customer consideration we would have come back but for our next stay in Apt we will look elsewhere.

site ideally located to visit the Vaucluse whatever the means chosen lodging of France with all the advantages much less expensive than larger hotels of metropolises Impeccable reception, smiling and available on all parts of the hierarchy We had a stay of perfect rest ; the road, indicated on the maps which runs along this little paradise, is a departmental road and should not be frightening, calm is assured; a nice rest stop after the effort of the hikes, for the younger ones than us who would crisscross the Vaucluse (little icing on the cake for about 100 euro for two people) we only rarely put the highest note on all the items; at this Manor, yes!
I had a very good stay at the Hotel Le Manoir. My room was perfect: clean, well appointed. Very nice bathroom. Breakfast is hearty. The employee present during breakfast is very friendly and welcoming.

Deplorable welcome, I was made to understand that I was a sub-client not benefiting from the same treatment as a client who would have booked directly on the hotel's website. I booked via logis de France which for me was a guarantee of seriousness and quality. But in the end I would have had a warmer welcome if I had booked directly with the hotel and above all I could have paid with holiday vouchers which I was refused, even though I had taken the trouble to call Logis from France to verify this point a week before my arrival. This had been confirmed to me over the phone, because for me it was the essential condition of this stay which was to be entirely paid for by my holiday vouchers. If I had had information to the contrary then I would have booked elsewhere. So I am very dissatisfied with the bad information that was given to me. Better communication should be made between Logis de France and the hotel. We should have the same rights regardless of the booking channel. I suddenly wonder if I was entitled to the premium room I had reserved, where, if again, the hotel assigns the best rooms to customers who book directly through the hotel. The hotel, by refusing my holiday vouchers, telling me that it was already paying a commission to Logis de France (which between us is not my problem since they themselves set up and accepted this partnership, unlike the client which reserves him on a platform for the guarantee of quality), has made a saving of 6€, the commission costs which apply to the ancv being 2.5%. Which can also be the % of com applied by banks for payments by credit card. The consequence of this is that the person who made my reception not only refused that I pay with my Ancv but she was contemptuous and haughty and she was very unpleasant, showing no empathy with the customer. , which is normally the basis of a customer service profession. So to have saved 6 €, the person who made my welcome, deprived himself in return of the budget that we had planned to spend at the hotel for breakfasts and evening meals in the restaurant., drinks, aperitifs and wine. I think the calculation is quite easy, a saving of €6 versus a budget of several hundred euros which we therefore preferred to spend elsewhere. Where no one allowed themselves to remark Or allowed to treat or consider us as sub-customers. I think that the hotel should review its policy and review its calculations because I think they have not understood that accepting payment by holiday vouchers allows customers to then spend in their establishment. On top of that, I had decided just before coming to extend our stay by one night, so that I could make the most of the last day and be able to leave in the evening. This night had been debited to me before my arrival, contrary to what was announced at the time of the reservation. Rate with non-cancellable conditions but payment on arrival. So again contradictory information between the hotel and Logis de France. But it is not the most important. No, the funniest thing is that when I said that we would be leaving in the evening and that therefore we wouldn't sleep the last night, the person who made my welcome (director or employee) asked me to release the room for 11am in the morning! To believe that this person discovered everything about the hotel industry. As for me, I am disappointed that my stay was ruined since I had originally chosen this hotel to rest and spend as much time as possible at the swimming pool and spend our evenings at the hotel restaurant, so as not to have to come out! So that's what I think of the welcome I received at the hotel and the bad information that was given to me by Logis de France when I called. Besides, they had to contact me again to compensate me and I had no news from Logis de France. As for the hotel, we will avoid returning there or recommending it to our friends during our next stays in the Luberon. And concerning the Logis de France platform, I invite everyone to book directly with the hotels, since booking through the platform is frowned upon by the hotels, which charge customers for it!
