Unfortunately the hotel is a complete disappointment. Impersonal reception, very unprofessional. No information whatsoever about procedures (breakfast times, WIFI code, no information folder in the room). Despite the lack of a lift we were not offered any help with our luggage. Communication was difficult due to the staff's lack of English. All the employees are very young. The shower was disgusting. Mouldy grout, broken or chipped tiles on the floor. The mattress was saggy, towels very thin and were not changed. The room was not cleaned once during our 3 nights stay. There was no fresh baguette for breakfast, cheap, presumably packaged cheese and no milk for the coffee on 2 days. No variety in toppings or jams and not enough croissants for all guests. No personal communication whatsoever during the entire stay.
Finally a hotel that doesn't look like a hotel, that's the secret, you absolutely have to discover it
This hotel 🏨 is excellent! The restaurant is fantastic. The service is wonderful. We would stay here again if we come back to Nancy!

The junior suite was very convenient, quiet, nice vieuws and wel equiped. Busstop at 100m to take you to the centre of Nancy in 30 minutes. Notice: if you return you must get on the bus at place Carnot en get off in Villers les Nancy at Albert1.
Very nice hotel, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the city of Nancy. Spacious, clean and stylish room.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Mondays, but we know from last year that the quality of the restaurant is superb.
We arrived on a hot day in the evening. The room was even hotter since the windows have been left open. There is no air conditioning, only a fan. In the bathroom the shower gel was empty and the soap dispenser did not work (this should be checked). Apart from this the room was nice. Breakfast was okay for me, but it could be more variety and a little fresh food. (The bread served was often burnt and the jam is the same all day). The restaurant is very good, but keep in mind that it is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
A few kilometers from Nancy in a very quiet little village. A quality service overall 2 evenings at the restaurant table with a chef who will introduce you to his menu ideas, whether they are of quality, presentation and tasting.
In juni heb ik een kamer geboekt voor een overnachting half augustus en aangegeven dat ik een tafel wilde reserveren in het restaurant.
Bij aankomst was onze kamer bloedheet, ik schat tussen de 35 en 40 graden. Er was geen airco of ventilator. Dit kun je als hotel gewoon niet aanbieden aan je gasten. Bovendien was het restaurant gesloten ondanks onze reservering en zonder bericht vooraf. Op dat moment hebben wij besloten af te zien van de overnachting omdat het gewoonweg niet hotelwaardig was en hebben we een ander hotel gezocht.
Wij hebben het direct gemeld bij Booking.com en de dag erna een uitgebreide mail gestuurd naar het hotel om alles uit te leggen en gevraagd om geen kosten in rekening te brengen. Helaas hebben wij geen enkele reactie ontvangen van het hotel en is het volledige bedrag afgeschreven.
Dat onze vakantie op deze manier moest eindigen was echt een enorme teleurstelling.
Wij overnachten vaak in hotels maar zo’n slecht serviceniveau heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug en ik zou andere reizigers ook afraden hier een kamer te boeken.
We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. Beautiful place, comfortable and clean rooms. We will definitely be back but then during the week wjen the restaurant is open.

Het adres van hotel was geplaatst in binnenstad erg jammer want het was er buiten. Verder hotel ok en eten uitstekend en ontbijt echt Frans stokbrood croissant met jam ontbijt ook prima.
Het hotel is een mooie, leuke accomodatie. Een beetje terleurstellend was dat we er niet konden dineren. Dit stond wel vermeld in de informatie.

Nice hotell and staff. After arrival we were noticed that the restaurant was closed and no drinks after 18:00 available. Junior suite suggest comfort but there was no airco. Bit dissapointed
very nice garden, good parking space, friendly and helpful staff. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom nicely redecorated, a pitty, it smelled foul out of the sink , I told the staff, but it didnt change, the floor would need a new carpet or else. This old Villa has Charme. The Decoration 60, years and funn, A pitty, the restaurant was closed and other restaurants are not close to the location. The breakfast was wonderful, fruits would be nice or eggs? But it is includet and in france thats not often the case.We liked it very much and would come back. A car to reach the hotel is needet.

Nice hotel
We were seduced by the photos when we discovered the hotel on the Internet. The welcome was perfect and the staff very kind and competent. However, the general condition of the room leaves something to be desired. The cleaning is far from perfect and the water did not flow well in the shower leaving a puddle at our feet and forcing us to take breaks during the shower. The bedding is not very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor... a few pieces of bread, a pastry per person, a coffee and an orange juice and that's it. Yogurts, eggs and others would be welcome.
We hebben dit hotel gekozen vanwege de mooie locatie en de gezellige inrichting. Onze kamer(junior suite met tuinzicht),is geweldig. Grote kamer, fantastische douche,heerlijke bedden. Prachtige tuin en ontzettend rustig. Helaas is het restaurant op zondag gesloten,begrijpelijk, maar de recensies waar zo goed dit hadden we graag willen ervaren. Volgende keer beter!

The location and room was very good. The evening meal was good but took a longtime to arrive between courses after a long drive and ready for a nice meal it was a little disappointing. We was also told that the restaurant was fully booked and we would therefore not be able to get a table but eventually the staff managed to fit us in. The breakfast was also very disappointing, slow to arrive with very limited choice (not help yourself).
Too great 👍at first disappointment for the room but with the explanations everything was clear! Year 60 👍

A friendly small hotel with gourmet food and friendly young staff. Ample safe parking. A very quiet location on the edge of the city within walking distance of the centre 11/2 miles?. A lovely garden and artistic interior .The rooms are on the top floor so check if you can’t climb stairs.

A wonderful little hotel with very friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. The garden is a great place to relax and the nearby park is a dream for dogs. The perfect place on our way to the Côte d'Azur.
After several visits (including a seminar for Mrs.) and several meals, we came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary as a couple, at Clos Jeannon, from June 7 to 9. In addition to the perfect cuisine of chef Paulus and his team (which he does not forget to mention), the kindness and warm, efficient and discreet welcome of the entire team make this place a must in the area. Nancyian. The room we reserved (the largest) is perfect and the presence of a wedding was in no way a disturbance (soundproof doors, efficiency of service maintained...). Le Clos as a whole is a place where calm reigns, even in the plates, so beautifully presented, offering fine, tasty dishes and wines of no less quality at prices allowing you to indulge yourself and discover gems like the wines. or Crémant de Moselle so well recommended! It was a perfect weekend, in every way, which allowed us to think calmly about the next 25 years! Thank you all, we will come back soon, it’s imperative!
We spent three weeks in France, this was a very good hotel, we especially liked the restaurant. The food and service was excellent, the chef even came to our table and spoke to us.

The hotel was like a boutiquehotel. Tres chic and nice decorated. The athmosphere was calm and peaceful.

The hotel was closed without information despite long-term advance booking via Booking.com. There was no response to bells, calls and letters. We stood at the door for 2 hours until Booking.com gave us a new address.😠😤

Terribly disappointing. The towels in the bathroom, there were holes in them, and the fringes were gone, scandalous!!!!! No possibility to drink or eat something on Monday arrival. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The toilet rolls for the entire hotel so vh grab the room !! And also in the desk in the room, there were 8 packs of napkins! No curtains available!! And then also pay € 160, - for overnight stay!! We would have preferred to leave the hotel immediately!! Bed slept ok, only plus.
This was a bad start to our holiday. It looks nice in the pictures, but in reality it's bad: doors not closing properly. Dirty bedspread full of hair on the bed. The bathroom and toilet were not clean, old towels. Surly service, but above all we had reserved and confirmed dinner, but when we arrived we could not have dinner and we had to look for a restaurant in the evening. We had just been looking for a hotel with a restaurant, because we had traveled all day and would then be able to have dinner in the hotel. Very unfortunate and certainly not recommended.

The room couldn’t be faulted, it was clean, very well appointed and quiet. Good shower, plenty of towels, good bed but breakfast is too basic, bread, one brioche each, minimal orange juice. If we needed more, it made us feel like we were begging a favour. Minimalist slices of cheese when we could get it, bread and jam. The girl does her best, I guess the rations directives come from above. Either do a proper breakfast or don’t bother.

Accommodation and dinner at Clos Jeannon Beautiful location in a green area, spacious room with a nice decor, good bed. Dirty comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower, unfortunately the sheets and bath towels had seen better times: holes and frayed edges, not really worthy of a classy establishment. Dog allowed at the hotel, even without supplement: TOP. Another alas: not in the restaurant. Finally we found the solution: the terrace. If you are traveling with your pooch, be warned… Meal question: SUPER!

We have known Le Clos Jeannon for several years now. We have never been disappointed. We had a wonderful time for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday and the day our son told us that we were soon to be grandparents. Mr. Hennequin has always been good advice whether for a show in Nancy or to discover new places.

Very cozy and family atmosphere Decor combining old, contemporary and modern but very successful What to say about the restaurant more than qualitative. Would deserve a star this one I'll be back on my next trip to 54.

Excellent room and dinner in restaurant. However disappointed in the breakfast. The last time we stayed (August 2022) the breakfast included range of cold meats and cheeses in addition to bread, jam and breads (and yoghurt) ; this stay in January 2023, breakfast was just breads and jam. Very disappointed.
Fantastic place, the suite we had, probably because we were travelling with a dog was superb and as it had a dining room we had private dining for an amazing evening meal!

I was really disappointed that we could not take the dinner there without let it know.... We choosed this accomodation for the good references of the meal and now, we could'nt use it onsite....
Just great. From a warm welcome with helpful bag carrying service through to the genuine attentive but not over bearing service, super comfortable spacious room, artfully appointed with 60s stying and with a charming view… we were wowed. And then came the food, a simple menu with few choices but each perfectly chosen and an exhibition of fresh seasonal food with local treatments and traditional twists. A few staff were students and we enjoyed being their test patrons and a part of their education - we also learned a lot!
