2* hotel certainly but a historic house (Renoir lived there for a while) and a guesthouse atmosphere. Immediately adopted ... simple cuisine, breakfast in the sun, landscape ... peaceful.
A beautiful, comfortable hotel where you can eat very well. The only negative point is the soundproofing. But in an old building with character, it is always complicated to do major work.

Everyone gave us a warm welcome, and they were more than accommodating. The parking was a little challenging, and they offered generous assistance.. room was fine. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast on a quite special retrace

Beautiful charming residence. Perfectly renovated rooms with breathtaking views of the region and magnificent terrace for dinner or very generous breakfast!
Hotel outside Grasse. Close to a street, but did not make much noise. We had two rooms, one double and one triple. The rooms varied a lot and especially the bigger one was not renovated since way back, specially the bathroom. The shower was extremely small. The double room did not have a good smell and the triple room smelled much of cigarette smoke coming from another place in the hotel. We were a bit disappointed because the pictures before booking seemed a lot better than the rooms we got.
The view was spectacular though, so the hotel has potential. We got the impression that some rooms in the hotel were better than others.
The beds were small and quite uncomfortable.
We stayed two nights and they forgot to clean our rooms. That was compensated by 3 free breakfast the next morning (we were 5). The breakfast was really “petit” some croissants, bred, marmalade, juice and coffee. No cheese or ham unfortunately.
The staff were friendly.
The structure is very beautiful, the camera is elegant, comfortable and with a beautiful view, it is very personal and the collaboration on the terrace is definitely a plus.
It is a 2 star hotel which is worth 3 for the care of the furnishings, the good breakfast and the type of building, a beautiful ancient villa with a garden. I understand 2 stars due to the proximity to a busy road whose noise can be heard a lot from the room and the cramped parking. Some parts of the house should be restored. The hospitality of the managers remains delightful.
+ beautifully located hotel, wonderful old house with history, terrace with a wonderful view, friendly hosts. - Unfortunately, dinner was not as described on the website - there was only a simple menu with no choice (and no à la carte food either), courses not coordinated with each other, everything was far too heavy, served without sophistication. That was a real shame, especially as we have had much better experiences and were looking forward to the culinary end to the day. - Dining room a bit dreary, dark green tablecloths, no cloth napkins

Passing through Grasse for a night to go to the theater, we chose La Bellaudière for its proximity. Small family establishment, a magnificent location with a panoramic view. Warm welcome, small but very clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace in the sun.

A great warm and family hotel, well located for visiting the area. A building with charm. The owners were very kind, smiling, welcoming and proactive in helping us discover the region. A small downside about the room on the side of the road, which was a little noisy, but no one can do anything about it! I highly recommend this hotel!
On the site tt seems a lot, in the end it is not at all true. The bedding needs to be changed I think. The room doors are not wide.... Very disappointed

A beautiful, charming and gourmet address
We visited this hotel because we had a family wedding at a venue very close by. Other family members were in the hotel at the same time and we chose it becuase it was recommended by the couple getting married and is close to the wedding venue. The hotel is very in-keeping with the cultural heritage of the region, the staircases are winding, the rooms have shutters, breakfast is served outside under the trees - it all had a very "french" feel that we enjoyed very much. If you want to experience the south of France in an authentic way then this hotel is great - and the views are really lovely. The family running the hotel were absolutely fantastic - so kind and welcoming - we really felt they went out of their way to give us a good stay. They seem like genuinely kind and generous people. On the downside, the hotel is not well-served by public transport options and it is a 35 minute walk down to Grasse. There is a bus that stops close to the hotel but it stops running quite early in the evening so if you want to eat in Grasse in the evening you either walk back or hope to get lucky with Uber or a cab. We were happy to walk but those in the family who weren't found it very difficult to get an Uber at the time we were there. The local cab company seemed friendly and reliable but tended to arrive quite a long time after the booking time.
This is a 2* hotel so very definitely no frills. The rooms are not airconditioned although there was a portable fan. There are mosquitoes so you either close the windows and melt or make ample use of mozzie-repellent before sleeping. The breakfast was good but basic (rolls, croissants, coffee, fruit, yoghurt). We had dinner one evening in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. There isn't an extensive menu but what was offered was well-cooked and tasty. And sitting in the fresh air under the trees with a warm gentle breeze blowing through was great.
All-in-all we're very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an authentically french hotel experience in a beautiful place with lovely people running the business. If you are more motivated by luxury and proximity to Grasse this might not be the one for you.

The room was a reminiscent of vintage French 2 star hotels... not particularly bad nor great. Musty shower with no ventilation... no A.C. (that's not a suprise)... so we kept the window open and the room was facing the road, hence a bit noisy. But! ... the personnel is super nice and affable, also having had breakfast on the very nice terrace, I kind of regretted not having had supper there as well (the menu looked quite inviting).

Very warm welcome, magical place, we were very caring... An extraordinary view from our rooms but also from the very pleasant terrace. The house is beautiful, the restaurant delicious and the employees lovely. Thanks to them for the attention paid especially to my mother.

It is a very nice boutique hotel which is well located and the view over Grasse and the surrounding area is impressive. The boss and the staff are remarkably kind. We were considered friends and not just customers. We also took advantage of the restaurant whose service was on the terrace. The food offered was excellent. In summary, we will return with pleasure and recommend the hotel without any hesitation.

Hotel very noisy unkept garden and terrace
This is the kind of hotel where you immediately feel good. The welcome from the hotel couple is particularly warm and the staff smiling and helpful. The hotel building has a lot of charm with a garden terrace enjoying a magnificent view of the green hills surrounding the city of Grasse with the Mediterranean Sea, Cap d'Antibes and the Gulf of Cannes as a backdrop. This assessment would not be complete if we did not mention the particularly tasty and generous breakfast.
Fabulous bijou logis just outside Grasse. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable and make you feel you are part of the family. Excellent breakfast served on the beautiful terrace.
