The hotel is run by a welcoming and attentive family who also serve breakfast. Apart from a few hairs on the duvet upon arrival, the rooms are clean.

Negative at best: 3 floors without elevator with spiral staircase in our Group 1 young person and 3 of a certain age.. No assistance with luggage and parking not too close. I would not return...

Hotel well located in a pedestrian street without noise at night. Public parking nearby and free from Saturday 5 p.m. to Monday morning 9 a.m. The only point to note: rooms on 3 levels without elevator, the reception being on the 1st floor.

Just the top of the toilet is broken, it needs to be changed, nothing serious, it's very clean, nothing to complain about

The location is very good and the person in the reception (the only one I had contact with) was really nice. It has no elevator, I didn't realize that, and I get a room in the last floor (3rd) very uncomfortable. The room has not enough plugs. The bathroom was full of hairs on the floor.

Very well located hotel, the République car park - admittedly paying for the day - is perfect, a few meters away. There are lots of shops, places to eat, the train station is within walking distance. The only downside is the stairs in the hotel. The reception is on the 1st floor, no elevator possible because of the narrowness of the place, so not very accessible. Check-in and check-out were done efficiently and quickly, I appreciate that. The room was correct, I find it excellent value for money, there is space, a fairly large bathroom, a small wardrobe, a television and there was even a fan just in case... the bedding is perhaps a little soft, the pillows a little too soft, and there was still dust in some places, but for a 2-star hotel in Thionville in a super well located location, frankly I am very satisfied. Maybe a kettle or something for water would be missing, there is a microwave available as well as a fridge, only I did not dare to test it. The wifi is perfect. Being able to play in the evening without having any slowdowns is great! Because I found an arachnid in the bathroom and I am arachnophobic I only put 4 stars out of 5 for the bathroom...! brrr

Very good value for money. Hotel in an old building in the inner city in the pedestrian zone with a terrace in the inner courtyard. Bicycle room also in the inner courtyard. Everything was better than expected. Breakfast was well organized and reasonably good.

Well located hotel, in the city center with a guarded parking lot less than 5 minutes away, shops and restaurants nearby. Family atmosphere, in the hotel, the owners are very welcoming and available.

The room was unbearably hot, without AC and we were not offered any compensation. The bathroom was very moldy. The breakfast wasn't good. There wasn't even baguette. Overall the hotel is just too old to offer anything but the most. Basic of accommodation. The price is too high for this.

As described, there is no parking at the hotel and it is not free. Only at certain times! Reception and rooms can only be reached via stairs. Service is super friendly. Breakfast is good for French standards

This is a comfortable budget hotel located in the heart of Thionville. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well without any external noises. Since it doesn't have a lift a luggage lift up the stairwell would be nice as would electrical sockets next to the bed.

Decent hotel and service commensurate with the price. Breakfast to be reviewed (even if the variety of bread was good) for example to have eggs. The partnership with the restaurant needs to be reviewed because the restaurant is well decorated but in terms of quality, this is not the case (high price for mixed quality: pizza with few condiments even if the dough was very good and for a price 17 euros per pizza!) I think there are bistros that could offer better partners.

Great hotel for a stopover on the return journey from the south of France or Spain. Simple but clean, perhaps not the most up-to-date furnishings, but this is offset by an attractive rate. Covered parking is available in the nearby Capucins garage, also here at a very reasonable rate for the evening and night.

Well maintained hotel. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. We appreciated the bedding with a very thick mattress. There is also space for luggage. The bathroom is also well equipped and very clean. We will definitely return! In addition there are free parking spaces all around from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. To include in your trips!

The room was large, lots of hanging/storage space, great bathroom. Everything was super clean! Comfortable and plentiful breakfast. The nicely designed terrace was also nice. Good location in the pedestrian zone, lots of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. The parking for motorbikes in the hotel courtyard was also great. We felt very comfortable, unfortunately we were only there for an overnight stay.

The experience of the hotel and its staff were very good, once we were able to find the hotel in the first place. All the roads dierctly to it were blocked off to create a pedestrians only zone. It would be helpful if the documents sent beforehand made this clear and included a map showing the nearby parking places. One we had found it, the staff were frreindly and helpful. The room was excellent with a comforrable bed as well as a bath and shower.. The breadfast was good offering variety and the admin was all efficient.

Good hotel in the middle of the city in a shopping street. You can't get there by car, but there are several parking lots nearby. It's a pity that you only get advice at the hotel about where it would be best to park. It would have been useful if this had been stated on the website or had been included when confirming the reservation. We parked for free at the recommended spot@ There was some confusion about payment and that made the owner very impatient. Even walked away. Not very customer friendly, but he turned out to be that later, so no problem.

The hosts were excellent, the rooms are extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is not far from the motorway network and didn't feel that we were going out of our way to get there. The main public car park is only a 2 minute walk to the hotel and only cost us €3.70 for the night. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything that we needed. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes of leaving the hotel and the location is excellent, right in the centre of town. The breakfast was an excellent start to the day and offered pastries, fruit and drinks. We originally chose the hotel for the price but would stay again just for the location and welcome.

Nice hotel in the center of Thionville, a town with beautiful buildings, many restaurants and terraces. Nice room with large windows that open, excellent bed, quiet location in a pedestrian area. Hospitable and friendly owner(s). Hotel is easily and quickly accessible from the highway. Parking in a public P-place with supervision about 200 meters from the hotel. Parking is free from Saturday 5 pm to Monday 9 am.

Hotel is absolutely in the heart of Thionville historical city centre. Very friendly staff, everyday bed service and cleaning of the room, Breakfast although from 6.30 at working days and 7.30 during weekends are available earlier. Hotel with climate full of old movie posters. TWifi perfectly working. The only problem is lack of the lift and older people with heavy luggage are in troble, but staff is always ready to help.

Good placement, a little bit noise at evening, hasn’t air conditioner but weather was good, each day towels an bad was rearranged, very clean, has no private parking but in 5 min 24/7 free parking or in 2 min parking for free from 7PM till 9AM. No elevators. Overall recommend this hotel.

Hotel facile d'accès dans la zone piétonne, tout près d'un parking gratuit la nuit. C'est très propre et bien tenu; les gérants et le personnel sont très accueillants. Ma chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain, le tout impeccable et avec une bonne literie. Une personne indélicate ayant occupé la chambre avant moi avait pris la liberté de fumer dans la chambre malgré les demandes bien visibles et polies de ne pas fumer; souffrant de crises d'asthme à cause d'allergies, il m'a fallu beaucoup aérer pour diminuer ces horribles relents de tabac froid. Pas vu, pas pris.. Quel égoïsme/fainéantise/je-m'en-foutisme de la part de certains clients! Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, joli buffet varié et tout frais, bonnes viennoiseries et pains etc. Il y a un joli patio pour la belle saison. Entouré de tous les commerces, restaurants et bars du centre-ville. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, à recommander.

There is no elevator which is difficult to access with luggage. Your request on arrival for prepayment by credit card by stipulating when seeing my cash did not please me because you have stopped accepting payment by cash. No excuse is validated in this case.
