Pleasant welcome. Very clean room. Excellent restaurant. Too bad there is no water pressure in the shower.
Hotel has been much updated since we last stayed here but everything was very good... Lovely spacious room, excellent dinner and breakfast and friendly staff.
We are delighted with our stay. Very warm welcome, considerate and attentive, from the three people we had to deal with. The rooms were very good, pleasant, clean, well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated one detail; the many power outlets. On the other hand, we were surprised by the calm, it was very pleasant. The breakfasts were really good, with quality products, in a comforting atmosphere.
everything is OK. I have had several stays and several rooms with the same comfort. Very quiet especially!! very decent restaurant. Maybe think about improving the TV system (TV + Support) WIFI impeccable!

We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. We appreciated the spacious and quiet room, as well as the bathroom for its cleanliness and a sufficiently wide shower cubicle, which is quite rare. Everything was perfect.
We arrived having booked in advance to be told the restaurant was closed. When we asked where we could eat we were told "there were lots of restaurants in the centre of Quillan, and a nearby Pizza. " In fact their appeared to be only one Thai and two Vietnamese open. We went to the latter, which was the Sunday evening meal offered in the next door hotel. It was voting day as well as Sunday, but Quillan was extremely quiet, in contrast to nearby Limoux and Mirepoix which we had visited on the same day. Hotel itself was clean and room pleasant, but all felt as though it had been built for a past, more prosperous era. PS I would expect a hotel to have a mechanical air extractor in the bathroom/linked to light switch etc. , that would have been more efficient than the passive type.
Simple but comfortable room for our walk on the Cathar Way. Close to services and a good restaurant on site.
