Beautiful building, good welcome, good breakfast. Very appreciated parking 2 steps from the city center But ..... Comfort room n ° 23. The room is not up to the expected standard. 2nd floor without elevator in the attic overlooking the street. Very little comfort. No tea and coffee making facilities No fridge No adjustable air conditioning No furniture to store in the bathroom. No bedside lamp. Beautiful furniture without decoration, rigid and cold atmosphere. No touch of color, we thought we were in an antiques hall. Very very dark, no blackout curtains. Very little light. Not possible to stand at the window and look out onto the street. In short, bad experience. Maybe better rooms in the park.

We will come back!

We have stayed many times over twenty year ( in fact I first came in 1976) and it seems the hotel is failing to invest. The “new rooms” are feeling dated and whilst large leave you underwhelmed. It’s big benefit is proximity to the town centre and secure parking when stopping with a full car enroute to another deditination.

Ideally situated close to Beaune centre with private secure off street parking. Very welcoming staff who do their best to help you. Rooms comfortable and have all your needs. Very well managed by an on hands manager who takes his time to welcome guests and chat to them. I’ve been staying there for over 12 years. Highly recommended

Great little hotel, staff were very friendly and having its own secure car park was the thing for us. Accommodation looked newly refurbished and the breakfasts were spot on. We will definitely be rebooking for our next trip to Burgundy and the south.

Very nice hotel, very close to the center with friendly and welcoming staff. I would have just liked to have a small fridge in my very large room with living room (35m²), a more efficient shower head and especially on a slide. The sails on the windows were too rococo for me (obviously, the other rooms were equipped differently). The breakfast is very good. You should not hesitate to ask for even what is not offered to you automatically. A small menu of what is available would perhaps be a good idea. The rolls are, in my opinion too hard, but good to taste. In short: very happy with our stay apart from a few points which for me are only details.

Over het algemeen een goed hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Op de kamer zou de aanwezigheid van zakdoekjes en evt. de mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te zetten zou een verbetering zijn. Het ontbijt was zeer goed, alleen was de koffie eerder lauw. Mocht zeker warmer geweest zijn.

Magnificent hotel that has kept its old-world charm with the greatest respect for its heritage. An ideal location to discover the magnificent city of Beaune since the hotel is in the city center, no noise pollution and our car safely in the hotel's private parking lot. This is my second stay at the hotel. Thoroughly happy with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and pretty courtyard. All in all, great experience. Reception staff, Kevin, charming and helpful.

The hotel is typical, ideally located a few minutes walk from the city center. We were able to benefit from a location for the motorcycle. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The room had a large comfortable bed, a bathtub, a shower and a toilet. Breakfast was served on the terrace, at the table. It was very pleasant.

Well placed standard room small but functional although pipe noise. Basic breakfast. However, shocked by the lack of respect of a hotel employee in the breakfast kitchen who, when questioned by a foreign customer where to sit for breakfast, made a very vulgar remark after his departure completely free of charge. Finally the bathtub could have been cleaner and a vacuum cleaner passed under the bed

Wasnt thrilled we arrived aerly on a VERY HOT HUMID day but couldnt have our room early. Yet when we left at 8.45 am they were cleaning our room as we left!!! So i dont believe the room wasnt ready. So by time we got into our room i felt sick from humidity.

The headboard wasn't fixed to the bed. Every time we turned in our sleep the other one was awoken because of the noise it made against the wall. The bath had a dirty shower curtain. We couldn't manage the air conditioning. It was either on or off. The girl at the reception reacted very strangely the morning after.

We stopped off in Beaune and we are delighted with our stay in this really charming hotel, very well located, quiet and close to the city center. Parking is very easy to access. We were made very welcome upon our arrival; Very clean and comfortable accommodation, attentive staff. (Small improvement possible: a small fridge in the room and blackout curtains.) The breakfast served at the table is also very good. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very friendly and family feeling. Relaxed but attentive. Often it seems like nobody is there at bar or reception but from somewhere they quickly appear! The rooms are very comfortable and old-school. Super bed, shower, furnishings. The lighting is a bit old-school too but it comes a bit with the authentic nature of the place. Great location, just 50m or so from the old walls of Beaune.
Would be nice to have e.g. a coffee facility in the room.

Our stay was excellent but could have been improved by providing a kettle and the means to make a hot drink in the room. Some bathroom toiletries would have been nice too.

A wonderful hotel with a nice, quiet room in a great location. The service was impeccable, too. Too bad I only stayed for one night. Next time it will be longer.

We appreciated this place very much. What we want to criticize are the paper cups containing plastic and their wrapping in plastic bags in the bathroom. This shouldn't be any more. There were no water glasses available in the room. Many other places in the same category offer some water, sometimes a water kettle or a coffee maker.

Door het gebruik van overheersend sterk geurende schoonmaalmiddelen/wasparfums op de door ons gereseveerde kamer hebben wij niet kunnen overnachten en zijn na het inchecken weer meteen vertrokken.
De ontvangst was overigens uitstekend en de kamer zag er perfect uit.
Voor iedereen voor wie de geur geen probleem is, een perfecte keuze.

I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 p.m. in my room it was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work 😡😡I wanted to get out of this hotel but it was difficult to find a taxi around 11 p.m. in Beaune. On the other hand, the night watchman is quite nice and tried everything to resolve the situation.

Keurig hotel bij het centrum en met parkeren. Lekker ontbijt, maar beetje grote maar verouderde kamer met keiharde bedden, zeer oncomfortabel met een deken en geen dekbed. Kamer was warm 1 klein raam en airco stond op verwarmen niet in te stellen. Wij zijn dag eerder voor 11.00 uur weggegaan en melding gemaakt waarom geen restitutie of niks. Voor ons niet meer.

Fine but dark, unattractive room. Very spatious but poorly furnished and tv not successfully turned on.

Upon driving in you are met by helpful reception staff, check in process was easy, and a welcome to Beaune map provided. Great location next to the mustard company, zFallot.

The only let down were the thin towels and ideally I would suggest remove the bath and just have a shower.

The room was disappointing, rather sparse and it was not possible to control the room heat other than by turning on the towel rail in the bathroom and leaving the bathroom door open. however the location was excellent. secure parking and it was clean and tidy.

We have stayed here before and loved it, which is why we came back. The hotel is quiet and perfect for exploring Beaune. Plenty of parking, beautiful bedrooms and a delicious breakfast….and a very special reception area with wonderful stained glass. Very historic and wonderful.

Excellent on alla aspects- we will no doubt return as regular guests, harming tried many other hotels in the region this suits us best.

The staff and the manager of the establishment take great care. I thank them very much for their kindness. We would have liked breakfast to be gluten-free but the welcome more than made up for this inconvenience.

Very nice and friendly hotel. My only remark is that in Room 3 you had to be extremely fast when showering. At least if you don' t want to have a really cold shower. My colleagues in other rooms didn't have the same problem.

Very good but a check of the air conditioner (heating) settings before the guests arrive would be wise, especially in cold weather. Breakfast the quality or freshness of the rolls needs to be reviewed

A little chilly in the suite 22 untimely slamming of the 2nd floor door quite unpleasant especially in the middle of the night Disappointed not to have a bed in one piece I thought I would have a shower and bathtub in the bathroom as seen in the photo (be careful to the agreement on site) otherwise a lot of water flows along the outside of the bathtub despite the shower screen

The location of the two rooms could have been better, especially since we asked for quiet rooms. Despite the cool weather, the heater in the bathroom of room #1 doesn't work. The quality of the internet is inadequate.

We were not happy with the quality of the bed. Very hard and old-fashioned covered with a blanket in a sheet! The suggestion is a good duvet. Furthermore, the room and certainly the air conditioning can be made dust-free (much) better.

The location was perfect for sightseeing this beautiful town. I can recommend the hotel Dieu tour and market Saturday.

I loved the hotel but my favorite was the staff. Everyone - from the concierge to the breakfast server - was attentive, polite, and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Parking off the street was inexpensive and easy. Best of all was the hotel’s location - minutes from city center on foot.

Nice and charming hotel in historical building. At few minutes walk from the city center. Safe parking at small cost in the hotel's courtyard. Spacious and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast on a nice terrace if the weather allows. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there for stop-over on my journey to the south of France and enjoyed so much that I booked another night for my return.

This is a lovely hotel, close to the centre of Beaune, with comfy, clean rooms, and a lovely terrace. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed just the one night on our way south, but would happily have stayed longer.

Cosy location, near the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpfunctie. Our comfort room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice little terrace on the groundfloor. It was Nice to have airco in the warm period that we were in Beaune.

The room was totally not the same as on the booking site. Was a lot smaller and the facilities were not the same.

Attention, rooms 20 21 the windows are tiny, at ground level (1 m high), stifling heat because impossible to open the windows because of the noise and freezing air conditioning directed towards the non-adjustable bed At this price it is better to go at Formula 1 or Ibis.

Great location walking distance to sights as well as restaurants and bars. Good size room and big bathroom. Easy parking but have to pay 6.90 euro. All staff encountered were helpful and friendly and very obliging.

There is no socket in the bathroom. You can't plug in a razor.

Nothing in particular really poor or really great.
Quirky town hotel. Very pretty in some ways. Clearly designed to look period and that pretty feature continued. As with most old buildings, very Small windows so more light could be preferable with thinner net curtains, lights had to be on even in daylight.
Really the first French hotel without either a room kettle or coffee machine. No need for a fridge, little pots of plastic milk would do. Very odd to have a suite but with something so essential missing. Bath Towels were very small too. It would also help in room 30 to have a shower head that slides for the users height. As it's very high and you have to stand right against the taps to hit the jet.
I know not all bathrooms were the same so wouldn't apply to all rooms.

Everything was perfect. A comfortable well presented room, a warm welcome and an efficient and well run operation.

Stayed over for 1 night. Staff was extremely friendly and the room was perfect for families. Breakfast was also one not to be missed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We want to especially mention and compliment Walid, who welcomed and checked us in on the day of our arrival. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful, going truly above and beyond to help us with our stay and dinner plans. He is a great asset to the hotel.

Great location with parking. Our room was big but basic. Does the job if you’re just passing through. Philipe on reception was excellent, he came out to our car as we arrived & showed us where to park. On check in he gave us local information & recommended restaurants. The bar was poorly stocked so you’re better off heading into town for a drink.

I recommend this hotel, ideally in the city center if you wish to visit the city. (Everything is done on foot). Excellent hotel with very good value for money. Very attentive teams. In short, nothing to say!!!

la situation de l'hotel est très bonne, près du centre, facilement accessible et l'hôtel dispose d'un parking. petit déjeuner moyen (la formule proposée n'est pas mal mais le fait de devir demander pour avoir des eufs, un peu de jambon ou un peu de fromage n'est pas top) - (pour les oeufs si mais un buffet pour le reste de la nourriture ne serait pas mal). le prix du parking devrait inclus dans le prix de la chambre - on choisit aussi cet hoel parce qu'il dispose d'un parking intérieur

I have been going to this establishment for several years and this is the first time that the lottery is not correct. Ending up with a pillow that seems out of breath, a blanket reaching shoulder level, surrounded by 2 sheets, we felt like we had made a leap of 10 years in the past... this is not not acceptable for such an establishment. Disappointing

Outstanding in every way. Classic French hotel “epoque”. I estimate 60metre walk into town. Staff are great. Good parking. My favourite hotel in France (and I have stayed in some posh hotels over the years).

Again more and more disappointed for re breakfast bake off bread, really unhealthy and coffee….can’t get more worse !? Sorry to say we have been staying many many times due situation and French ambience. But in future we have to find another hotel

We had a good stay, the staff is very pleasant, the suite type room was spacious and comfortable. For the price of the room, we would have appreciated a kettle & coffee machine, large bath towels and a duvet for the bed.

Warm welcome, even though we arrived early. Room warm and clean, comfortable bed, just a bit of noise from neighbours. Wifi connection poor.

The hotel is lovely building with private parking located 5 minutes walk from the City Centre. The service is excellent and makes Beaune/Hotel Belle Epoque a wonderful pit stop en route from UK to Nice

No wifi available! Too bad for a room at this price. I recommend going directly through the hotel's reservations department in order to obtain a room of the correct size. Also, good level of service.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It. was a great stay, great location , and we will come back again!
