Very good hotel, shame the restaurant was closed
Shabby/sheek - prestigious building of quality but lacking upgrading in certain areas. Pricey for what you get yet would return if looking for a tranquil location. Imagine lovely in summer
This hotel is wonderful. A very relaxing overnight stay with top service. Stunning surroundings. We will be back for sure.

The grounds are just magnificent, the room and the view are superb. If I have to summarize the stay, quite disappointing because the reception is non-existent, a lot of waiting between arrival and departure. There's never anyone around. The quality of the dishes is absolutely not worth the price we paid, plus the menu is poorly explained. The dishes are tasteless and severely lacking in seasoning. I ate a starter of watermelon and tuna tataki with no taste. We had come to try the good cuisine that comes from the comments and a young restaurateur who greatly disappointed us. We filled out a form to find out what we wanted for breakfast. We checked off almost everything to taste the breakfast dishes. In the morning, our table was served with pastries, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, hot drinks...and finally we were missing half of what we had asked for, that is to say cold meats; cheese, yogurt muesli and fruit salad. We reported it to the waitress who told us that it was crossed out on our form and that didn't mean she rushed to serve us what was missing. (why fill out this form which ultimately was of no use?) In addition, I would have found it respectful to warn us when booking that a wedding would take place this weekend. The noise just below our room was tiring for such a peaceful place to begin with. For couples who want to get together in peace, this is a big miss. The bedding in the rooms is TOP, we slept peacefully. In summary, it is a splendid place that deserves to be recognized! But the service really leaves something to be desired.
Excellent welcome, extraordinary setting
A warm building as well as a welcome in a green setting. A perfect dinner at sunset on the terrace with the added bonus of a hot air balloon passing by! Life is not beautiful.....
here time seems to stand still in this establishment the spacious room no noise except nature. I had dinner at the bistro and the restaurant and two good memories. Thank you for the trip with the Peruvian cuisine at the bistro.
