We had wanted to be in the center and chose this hotel because it was called Cit'Hotel. So we were a little disappointed.

The soundproofing of the rooms is a bit limited, there is a lot of noise downstairs with the casino next door and the road in front. We were not offered to park our motorbike inside the car park.

Welcomed late in the evening by Tarik as a receptionist who managed to find us a parking spot to park our motorbike + trailer, a big thank you to him and to all the staff for these 2 days spent in their company

Breakfast was good. Hotel is located near good restaurants and a few minutes from the beach.

The staff were lovely but the room “with sea view” was rather disappointing: small, very small fridge, small balcony with very distant view of the sea. Breakfast rather average: very sweet “fake” orange juice, no plain yoghurt… difficult for diabetics for example.

Smiling team ready to help. Very well located hotel with the bus stop for the city center right next door, the beach, the rooftop...and free parking 2 steps away.

Excellent welcome day and night. But a few hiccups that we reported: 2 out of 4 lamps at the head of the bed do not work, strong smell of sewage as soon as we entered the room, almost no more soap in the dispenser and a nice brown stain on the bath mat.

Very friendly team!!! Great rooftop bar! Rooms are a bit basic (for the price) though. You have to be very flexible to go to the toilet (or leave the door open)... but all in all we were happy!

We stayed in this hotel for about ten days. We enjoyed our room, comfortable bedding, a large TV and a very large shower. There is a superb outdoor terrace on the fourth floor, you are very well received and you have the possibility to drink a cocktail and eat. The least nice part: The cleaning of the room is much too late, not before 3 p.m. The parking lot is really not very practical, it is small and very narrow with difficulty in maneuvering. You enter in forward gear and when you leave you are not sure of being able to turn around, it happened to me several times to be forced to exit in reverse knowing that there are two sharp corners to pass and cars on the side, it requires dexterity.

Superior room 114 on the 1st floor is very noisy. Being used to booking through booking.com and a regular customer, I would have really appreciated if this room had not been assigned to me. I would have preferred room 106 which does not overlook the sea but is very quiet.

I have booked here three times this year. I was impressed with this hotel from the first time. Good rooms, adequate breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff

You have to drive through the whole of Sète to get to the hotel and then it is so far from the city center that you either have to walk for half an hour or take the bus. In addition, the 8 parking spaces are very, very tight. A bathtub in the room is no longer modern and when we took a shower we flooded half the bathroom. The breakfast offering was so-so.

We really liked the place. We found the place a bit expensive for 2 nights and the place is a bit far from the city. We could come back if the prices were cheaper and more attractive. But we wanted to thank you for the decoration that you provided.

We stayed there for 1 week and everything went well, choice to change the towels every day or not, to have the room cleaned every day or not. The staff adapts according to your request. Complete and varied breakfast although I would have liked to have scrambled eggs instead of eggs to cook yourself. We recommend, in addition the bowling district is quiet and well served by transport if you do not want to use the car.

I am very disappointed my room smelled of disgust, to enter the toilet it's a commando mission and moreover the toilet flushes broken, with my companion we go up to the 4th to the bar we order half the alcohol was missing I think that's a real shame fortunately the waitresses were adorable

Nice and clean with a very nice setting and sea view especially from the terrace. The breakfast could have been included in the price, but there is a very good cafeteria across the hotel with a better price.

I couldn't get there

The boss can be proud of his staff, and that includes all of them. Whether it was at reception, in service, the friendly chambermaids or the housekeeper, everyone was very good. The friendliness and helpfulness was unique. Unfortunately I was only in this hotel for 6 days, but I felt very comfortable. I can only recommend it!!!

Right in the middle of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and of course the beach. Has air conditioning and great bathrooms.

Room below a roof top, very noisy until 1am. In the morning we arrive for breakfast at 9:40 a.m., there is no more bread or orange juice, there are a few mini pastries left. We ask the waiter who sends us away, saying that we just had to arrive earlier. Unacceptable!!! We were reimbursed for the breakfasts which were payable in advance. Very disappointing.

Possibility of having lunch on the roof terrace but you have to transfer everything to a tray, not very practical. Perhaps we should set up a buffet on the terrace bar. Absolutely not emphatic receptionist, no flexibility; we arrived 40 minutes before 3 p.m. and he never wanted to give us the room. His attitude, his way of dressing and his nonchalance do not correspond to the requirements of a 3-star hotel. I think he needs to change careers! This hotel is actually a 2 star, not a 3. They will call you if you are 10 minutes late for departure, it's quite unpleasant. I do not recommend this hotel for rest because the rooms are extremely noisy, the walls are thin: you can hear the neighbors and the entire hotel as well as the outside traffic despite the double glazing; the decor is aging (low-end plaster on the wall, chips in the joints), in the bathroom: lack of pressure, no shower screen so we put water everywhere. No kettle, no Nespresso machine (another brand), fridge which cools very little. In conclusion, the price of the rooms; 164 E does not correspond at all to a 3 Star Only positive point: the comfortable King size bed

The rooms have been renovated. You should be able to speak French. When we checked in, the employee was able to explain everything to us in English, which we speak well as well as German, since a lot of our relatives live in the USA. On the morning of our departure there was a nice young woman there and we wanted to have breakfast. She held out a piece of paper to me with a selection and I was supposed to choose and she would prepare it. We didn't manage it and left without breakfast. Later on the motorway we had a good breakfast for a lot less money. The hotel itself is south of Sete, and it's just awful there, just concrete, noisy streets, etc. We definitely won't be coming back. And the hallways smell strongly, of what??? Just a little. The windows can't be tilted. If I were an engineer, I would just tear the house down. You can't renovate it.

Disappointing accommodation. Having been upgraded, surprised to be on the 1st floor on the busy street with a very small room. A kettle is missing to make tea despite the presence of a coffee maker. No paper dispenser in the toilets No slippers despite this being noted in the presentation sheet.

The Cit hotel is located in a pleasant area, beach within walking distance, shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Reception open 24 hours a day and staff always friendly and professional. Modern, comfortable room very nicely decorated.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Trotz Superior-Zimmer war das Zimmer sehr klein. Leider war jede Nacht ein wahnsinniger Lärm auf der Straße, sodass man kaum ein Auge zumachen konnte. Das Zimmer sollte Meerblick haben .Dieses konte man allerdings nur in weiter Ferne erahnen. . Wenn man dort ein Zimmer bucht, nur zum Hof, da der Krach nachts auf der Straße unfassbar laut war.

Very large TV....that's a change from the small TVs in the corner that have to be twisted, even if you're not there to watch TV. Large bathroom with superb walk-in shower. Comfortable bedding. Copious and varied buffet breakfast as long as you don't go too late (before 9:30 a.m.), otherwise there is little choice... Small downside regarding the paid parking because we had the unpleasant surprise of finding our location occupied during a late return. It turned out that the location had been rented twice... no financial compensation, a temporary solution was proposed but this tarnished a little the image of the service overall rather very satisfactory

Un hotel muy en consonancia con su categoría. Edificio bien conservado y con unas instalaciones modernas y correctas. Un poco alejado del centro urbano, pero muy bien comunicado con autobuses. Personal de recepción amabilísimo.
Como puntos negativos, en el cuarto de baño, no había un toallero junto al lavabo que facilitase el secarse las manos sin tenerte que volver al que había a la espalda, en el radiador de la calefacción.
Por otra parte, de las cuatro noches en las que pernoctamos en el hotel, sólo en cuatro de ellas podíamos ver el resultado de la limpieza de la habitación. El día de la llegada, la habitación ya estaba limpia y la cama perfectamente hecha. El segundo día, al llegar por la tarde, se había hecho la limpieza, pero en la cama, se habían limitado a subir y estirar la funda nórdica hasta colocarla por encima de las almohadas, pero sin estirar ni arreglar la sábana bajera. El tercer día, habitación limpia y cama perfectamente hecha. El cuarto día, lo mismo que el segundo. Limpieza hecha, pero cama sin hacer. Dada que cuando llegamos ya eran las nueve de la noche, lo comunicamos y mostramos fotos al joven de recepción del turno de noche, para que el hotel estuviese informado.
El bufet del desayuno, quizás un poco falto de variedad, teniendo en cuenta el precio.
Salvo por esos detalles, lo demás estupendo.

Cold reception, arrived after 800 kms at 2:45 p.m. you have to leave the hotel it is not 3:00 p.m.! For a 1/4h it's abused. We are told that it is the preparation of the rooms which takes time, certainly it was clean, but despite everything a fitted sheet with holes. Parking too small to avoid if you have a large car. I have traveled but I have never seen so many cameras in a hotel, the reception staff must not be bored viewing all these images! Well placed, bus and shops nearby. Expensive breakfast cheaper across the street, free parking nearby. I will return to Sète, but no longer in this hotel.
