Pleasant and qualitative
Very friendly staff
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and there is plenty of choice. The quality of the beds is low this is something to be improved.
Too bad the stopover evening was with an average partner and not on site!!
Hello, we have been staying at this hotel once or twice a year for convenience (family nearby) for the past five years. We appreciate its location, its setting (garden at the back for breakfast, quiet rooms facing away from the street), its parking and its friendly staff. Conversely, we are regularly disappointed by its dilapidated state, which has nothing to do with its ranking: stained carpets, peeling, torn or soiled wallpaper, outdated taps (the shower hose, which was visibly already dilapidated, was left in our hands, the shower bar was "wobbly"), dirty or damaged window frames, heating system out of order in winter, etc.). The remarks made verbally and kindly have had no effect. One wonders whether this hotel should be demolished, judging by the presence of a sign announcing construction next door, and this has been the case for several years. If necessary, I can provide you with photos taken in the last few days. Sincerely

First of all, at first glance the room is very good it is a fact, but the cleaning had not been done, cobwebs on the ceiling next to the bed and the headboard. On the information from the hotel it was specified that there was the Canal + package, well not at all and when we went to ask reception the answer was extraordinarily banal, yes we didn't. have not renewed the contract but we have not modified the ad (misleading advertising). Other than that!!!!!!

Hotel is definitely not worth 3 stars. Small room no extra fan / air conditioning doors that cannot be closed. Peeling paint and tile which are broken in the bathroom. Breakfast where meat is discolored in the display case because it has been exposed to the sunlight and the ambient temperature for more than 24 hours. And if you then remove the foil from a bowl of fruit and a wasp comes out, you just want to leave as soon as possible.

Ok experience but at the price of the room, I would have thought that, on a two night stay, the bed would be straightened and the bathroom treated with a change of towels!!!!!!!!!!! FYI, following my stay in Gap, I spent two other nights in an independent hotel and the room was treated during my two-night stay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zimmer und Bad sind sehr angenehm. Lage sehr ruhig. Betten hervorragend. Frühstück einmalig gut und reichaltig. Net Reception. Zum Zentrum ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Leider NUR englisch TV Sender. Sollte heutzutage möglich sein auch andere gängige Program dem Gast anzubieten.

The carpets leading to the rooms would need to be replaced, however the rooms are very clean and the staff very welcoming. good location in Gap with free bus routes. remember to update your booklet, no telephone access outside the rooms, certainly everyone has a laptop now but I had forgotten mine.
I come to this hotel regularly. Very welcoming, very good value for money.
