A very convenient hotel opposite the train station, with a 24-hour reception. The place has character. The staff are really very pleasant.
Very pleasant stay
Cit'Hotel is ideally located with very helpful and professional staff.
It has good clean accomodation which is reasonably priced.
Still very good. But I found the 2 pillowcases a little "gray". I had to take one of the pillowcases offered in addition.
The first room I was given was... gray. The bed cover had a stain on it. Just generally it seemed low grade for a 2-star hotel and for a fairly high price. The very nice gentleman at reception offered me two other rooms and I took Room 19. It was better, maybe less worn. I was given only one large towel and one small one. All the towels were a dirty light brown color, and I saw what looked like stains on them. The hand held shower head drooped and so you couldn't use it to shower. So when I switched to the overhead shower most of the holes were plugged up and so there was basically one strong stream that got through. The toilet ran and ran but finally shut off. The elevator worked well which was good for taking my suitcase up and down. The breakfast was very good. Of course, the location is right across from the train station, so that is good. But I will not be staying here again. I was surprised because usually outside of Paris a 2-star hotel is good, but perhaps that is changing.

Well-located hotel near the tram and bus station to access the city center and Bordeaux Mérignac airport, quiet. Great welcome. Comfort. Hearty and varied breakfast. Recommended. Every time I go to Bordeaux, I book my accommodation. Never disappointed.

The Régina simply remains a sure value, which is why we have made it our occasional base in Bordeaux. Very central location, always smiling welcome, impeccable service (they have all the makings of a great one, the ad would say), and quality rooms. There, we discovered a charming room overlooking a small interior courtyard, incredible for a hotel located opposite the station!

Room no. 4 is probably ideal for a family or sports enthusiasts passing through quickly because it is large. It's quite a sinister atmosphere. Its position on the ground floor cannot be changed but the atmosphere could be a little cozy, playing on the lighting, a minimum of furniture and perhaps even a little decoration, a painting or a warm photo

Even on the phone and I called 4 times because I had made a mistake in the date on my reservation, the hostesses were very patient and friendly .hotel right in front of the station and tram 1 minute away.j had.I recommend

Clean and comfortable room, but really tiny bathroom. I was content with it but I bumped into everything.
Very pleasant and attentive staff
Only flaws: I heard my neighbors in the room far too much at night, so there was little soundproofing. I had to use earplugs. Also the shower head was in bad shape and there was no soap in the shower area. The bathtub was badly placed, wedged against the toilet seat, forcing me to step over it to get out in a contortion, at the risk of slipping (I'm old) on the wet floor of this bathtub. There was no solid point of support to help me operate this exit...
We received our room at 6 p.m. with a very good welcome. Once in the room, we were surprised by the view through the window: View of a concrete roof terrace equipped with air conditioning unit and hose and a view of the neighbors' windows, the room not being equipped with decorated curtains we had to draw the blackout curtains to be able to change and therefore turn on the lights in broad daylight. We returned to the bathroom, the finish of the earthenware needs to be redone with the edges of this earthenware made roughly by large white aluminum angles that are poorly cut and with sharp edges that are therefore dangerous. A smell coming from the floor drain invaded the bathroom. we had chosen this room for the whirlpool bath so, in the evening we wanted to take advantage after a long day of visiting Bordeaux and the surprise: The whirlpool bath was not working properly the bubble system was not working and the whirlpool system was making a unpleasant noise forcing us to stop it quickly and at the first filling of the black gray pieces its exit from the nozzles. So we had to empty it and refill it to enjoy it (not for long, because the smell was disturbing). Have, it is realized that when the neighbors used the water, we heard it from our bathroom. Disappointing stay on the sleeping side We saw that when the neighbors were using the water, we heard it from our bathroom. above the radiator in the room there was a trace of yellow and dry liquid that had not been removed disappointing stay
