A stop on the holiday route before the Cité de l'Espace. We had already come, renewed pleasure. To do again
Excellent restaurant and food both at dinner and breakfast. Bathroom was very tired and shower had to be held as bracket was broken ( room 35). Mirror was rusty and shower was mouldy. It was the bathroom that was the only bad area and let the rest of the hotel down.

Frankly, I didn't expect such a good service: the room was spacious, clean, pretty, the mattress was very good quality. No noise.... perfect!
Not informing disabled people that the elevator will not be accessible between 22.00 and 8.00 is not acceptable. In this case, do not "advertise" that the hotel is accessible to disabled people. Without any possible refund since we were not able to stay there. It is deplorable.
We were passing through, very kind staff, decent room, ample parking and access to the annex.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past twenty years on cycle tours. It’s always been an excellent stop with friendly family management, clean basic rooms and when the restaurant has been open excellent food. Our recent stay did not disappoint! The restaurant was flourishing and the food excellent. In these days of austerity it’s good to see a business doing well!

Very good hotel in the center of Villefranche-de-Lauragais. Excellent welcome. Exceptional homemade cassoulet at the restaurant. In terms of equipment, the only thing missing was a hairdryer in the bathroom (but that remains a "detail"). Otherwise very good address.
We spent one night. Good experience: comfortable hotel. Well located, close to the A61. Halfway between the Atlantic coast where we came from and the Alpes Maritimes where we were going. I also recommend the restaurant and its excellent homemade cassoulet.

Large and comfortable family hotel room. The only downside is no possibility of late arrival (after 10 p.m.) and especially no possibility of access to the elevator after 10 p.m., forcing us to take the stairs with our disabled daughter in a wheelchair.
Professional staff, pleasant boss, the service is of very good quality. We eat very well in the restaurant. In the middle of a heat wave, the air conditioning was effective, not too noisy. The room lacks a bit of decoration but the whole represents a very good value for money, I recommend.

I am a regular at your establishment for professional reasons. Clean rooms. The big downside is the soundproofing. You really live with your roommates and that's unpleasant. Also, a hair dryer in the rooms would be much appreciated.
