Very nice hotel, I recommend the duplex rooms

I don't understand the name SPA. The sauna is barely warm, you can't pour hot water on stones, stagnant water everywhere, bathrobes for rent for €10, the space also serves as a toilet for the restaurant. We've seen better in cheaper hotels. Poorly soundproofed rooms. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is ok.

One night stay with access to the spa reserved: very nice comfortable room with quality bedding and impeccable cleanliness which compensates for the view of the parking lot. Small downside: you can hear the noise made in the neighboring rooms in the evening. Pleasant welcome and helpful staff. Pleasant and very clean spa. My stay took place during the restaurant staff's vacation but this was not indicated when booking. I regret not having been able to enjoy the restaurant. The list of restaurants offered required taking your car.

Excessively long waiting time at reception, even longer waiting time at the restaurant: 45 minutes between the starter and the main course.

A superb establishment located close to the tourist sites of Normandy. Comfort of the room, decor of the spa, accessibility of the parking, quality of the service and friendliness of the staff, no false note.

Very nice establishment well located and preserved historical heritage. Quality furniture. Very clean duplex room. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Large parking available. Quality breakfast. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening and few establishments open Sunday evening on Pont l'Eveque, you have to anticipate.

Everything is perfect, just an additional heater in the bathroom and slippers for the (cold) tiled floor. Very nice swimming pool!

great hotel in a good location. Looks attractive. The room is nice and big and the bed very comfortable. Everything is neat and clean. It's a pity that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, but we received a neat list of restaurants in the village. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast also good. Pont l'eveque is a very nice village within walking distance of the hotel.

The Lion d'Or hotel has incredible charm! The warm welcome, good explanation. The living space, the SPA, the exteriors and the bedrooms are very pleasant and very beautiful! However, the only downside for me is the very cold water in the swimming pool and the crowds in the time slot reserved for the spa... Too bad too, that weekend: work on the exteriors for a somewhat early morning awakening and a broken sauna :/

Too much noise, you can hear cars from the street and other guests around the room.

Very good hotel but minimalist restaurant only for hotel guests, basic canteen-type cuisine.

Very pleasant stay. My welcome was not ideal because the reserved house is 500m from the hotel, the directions to get there were not clear, especially at night in the rain. I had vouchers that I was invited to present the next day. The windows of the rooms did not all have curtains or shutters. Apart from these points, all the services were top notch and my family has fond memories of the stay.
