Arriving at a hotel in winter in an unheated room...what a shame!

It was a nice overnight stay with late arrival

On arrival, communication problem, the person at reception didn't know anything, since she was replacing at the last minute. In the room, the small bedside lamps didn't work because they didn't have a switch or were hidden and no one to give us any information! The next day to pay and use or take the Etik points another person "at the last minute" who didn't know the system but who did their best to finally help us out! We have been coming here regularly for 35 years but currently no one has the gift of ubiquity and the lack of staff is being felt!

Breakfast and dinner are great. The rooms are very clean and so, good sleeping matras. But take a sit outside isn't good possible.

I stayed one night with 2 friends in a triple room - but we were told at the time of booking that we could be provided with 3 single beds. Turned out not to be the case as our room had a double and a single bed and it was not possible to get 3 single beds. We survived that for one night - but cannot accept to share a bed with a double duvet - so asked reception for an extra duvet. The receptionist tried her best but was only able to provide an extra blanket and a sheet - so not ideal.

The highlight for us was no doubt the restaurant. They had a very interesting menu and with some delicious food. The salmon starter I had is one of the best starters I have ever tasted in my life - so a big compliment to the chef.

The place also had a nice swimming pool but unfortunately we were there on a rainy day - so didn't get to use it.

Parking in front of the room, it's very practical! Small refrigerator in the room on request. The room is large for 3 people, comfortable beds, garden (grass not cut), bathroom with hair dryer and towel dryer, too bad the toilet is in the bathroom and too close to the wall. A kettle and coffee are missing. Very good breakfast. It was raining so we didn't enjoy the pool. Wifi not available in the room, the signal needs to be checked.

We went from malfunction to malfunction: difficulties in getting the reservation confirmed, room not ready at 4 p.m., swimming pool furniture damaged and unusable and in insufficient quantity, unacceptable waiting at the restaurant... We wonder about the professionalism of the management of this establishment.

Très déçu : le prix ne correspond pas au prix de votre guide ,plus cher que ce que vous annoncez,j'ai du faire une réservation booking.com au dernier moment (sur place),la salle de bain n'était pas faite (heure d'arrivée à 18h30) j'ai voulu prendre une pierre pression 25cl ,celle ci était à 7,00 euros . Néanmoins le personnel à été très compréhensif et cordial ,le petit déjeuner m'a été offert en compensation

We had a great stay. The setting is superb with ground floor rooms that overlook green spaces. Being able to park right in front of the room is very appreciable. Access to the swimming pool is a real asset for a great stay in the summer while cooling off. The breakfast buffet is very varied with only good savory and sweet products. We also had dinner at the restaurant and we had a great time. The staff was very welcoming.

We had booked 1 room with twin beds, but on arrival there was a mattress on 2 box springs. The damage has been repaired. There was no shower but a bathtub with a shower head. Not really practical. Wifi didn't work! When at the restaurant; too expensive for the dishes offered, but above all the restaurant's reception is not really friendly and the wait before ordering 45 minutes shows in hand. In short, very disappointed by the restaurant!

Recommended with your eyes closed. We stayed for a week in this establishment with my wife and my son. Very professional and friendly welcome, copious and varied breakfast, impeccable restaurant (excellent value for money, with a special mention for Huguette and her team). The swimming pool is open to long stretches and the accommodation (with individual air conditioning) is spacious, with very suitable bedding.

I had booked what I thought was a lovely double room in the hotel and we were in fact in a horrendous chalet ... plastic chairs strewn about outside in garden area ... no windows at front of chalet ... it was totally not what I was expecting and so disappointing ... we only stayed 1 night and cannot recommend it. That said we had a very good meal in the restaurant with excellent service ... such a pity!

This hotel is graded as an Elegance and Savourex.While the rstaurant came close, the hotel in general and the rooms didn't. The rooms were poorly decorated, there was mould in a cupboard, dead flies in the curtains. The bathroom was small and the shower very poor. Where the shower holder had been replaced they left the old screws in the wall. The hotel grounds were badly maintained, the outdoor furniture was rusty and dirty. I would have given this hotel a poor rating even if it had been a Cosy category. I often stay at Logis Hotels and this one lets you down. I often stay at The Hotel Le Val Moret in Magnant, it has the same rating and is vastly superior. I could not recommend this Hotel

Wir kommen seit Jahren an diesen Zwischenstopp. Bisher war immer alles top. Dieses Jahr allerdings war das Badezimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Kleenex Tücherbox war nach einem Tuch leer. Den Fön könnte man altersbedingt austauschen. Der Swimmingpool war voller Insekten, was im Sommer und nach Regen verständlich ist, aber dann sollte man trotzdem regelmäßig mit dem Reinigungsnetz für Sauberkeit sorgen, wenn Gäste schwimmen gehen wollen. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant ist aber überaus freundlich und das Kochteam verdient einen grossen Applaus.

Small, unpretentious hotel. The rooms are OK, the bathrooms a little dated but the comfort and cleanliness are there despite everything. The wifi worked poorly in the room... a little renovation to give it a little "cleanliness" would be worth considering. Anyway, we had a great time!

J'avais sélectionné cet hôtel, dont le prix est assez élevé, parcequ'il était bien noté et parcequ'il avait le wifi dans les chambres, ce qui est indispensable pour moi dans mes déplacements professionnel. Malheureusement le wifi n'a pas fonctionné pendant les 2 jours. J'ai insisté pour trouver une solution ou me changer de chambre mais cela n'a pas été possible. J'ai aussi demandé une remise sur le prix de la chambre mais on m'a répondu que comme j'étais passé par une plateforme de réservation ce n'était pas possible. Point positif, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable et le personnel agréable malgré tout. Cela dit, je n'y retournerai pas. Il y a 2 autres hôtels à côté, je ferai donc un autre choix.

Have stayed in this hotel several times.

The bathroom was far too small. The toilet was located directly behind the door. You couldn't even sit properly on the toilet bowl and if you did, no one could enter the bathroom. With the bathroom this size, a walk-in shower would have been helpful. Apparently only a few rooms in the hotel had these. In addition, it is dangerous for older guests to climb over the high edge of the bathtub.

Unfortunately, we cannot give a review because we were told by telephone on the morning of our planned overnight stay that the hotel was complete despite having been booked months in advance and thanked for our understanding. As we were really looking forward to this stay, we are very upset that we had to make the long drive home from Brittany without stopping. In addition, it was hardly possible to communicate with your staff due to a lack of sufficient English language skills.

everything is correct, nothing more, and average of what one has the right to expect from this type of establishment. a big downside however regarding the cleanliness of the garden armchairs - A shame _ and the quality very uneven of the menus offered (I am only talking about the products used) for example, in the 40th menu, the duo of salmon and shrimp should be avoided, the salmon is a tasteless puree of which one wonders what the percentage of salmon in this mixture!...very good cellar, expensive but good, and very pleasant and attentive waitresses.

Decent hotel for a one night stopover. But horribly disappointing restaurant, very long service not friendly, and very bad on the plate for a very high price (beef cheek too salty, boiled vegetables and tasteless)! Only the kids steak and fries were ok.

Very quiet place and park close to the very popular room. Animals accepted but the cost of 15 euros for a small dog per night seems excessive to me. Satisfied overall.

Contrary to what is written, the swimming pool is absolutely not heated. The room is well insulated, but dated and not up to what one might imagine. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent restaurant with Mireille and her team. Perhaps a small menu with simple dishes for children from 13 years old who still do not appreciate gourmet cuisine is missing.

A great experience, the rooms are in fact a succession of small independent dwellings on a vast, wooded and very quiet plot. Just for that, the place to park a few meters from the door, the presence and the song of the birds, the good general maintenance of the green spaces is already a pleasure. All outside the city a few km. The reception is fast and can be done at any time (bravo). To nitpick a little and justify the few stars that I didn't put, I would say that the bathroom is starting to show the wear and tear of time on certain details, toilet seats, seal of the glass of the bathtub , windy hair dryer. The TV in the bedroom is a bit small (22 or 24 inches). Nothing that is prohibitive, far without fail, because it is an address that we will keep. The breakfast seemed a little expensive to us at 15€ but, happy surprise in the early morning, nothing was missing: pleasant setting, beautiful presentation, varied drinks, dairy products, cold cuts, eggs, various breads, fruits, cereals, brioches, cakes, I forget but in short, you get your money's worth and it's at will. Honors. Overall we are sincerely very satisfied with our stay.

On the "holiday" route, just off the motorway near Avallon, the Relais Fleuri is a very pleasant restful and gustatory stopover. A smiling and professional welcome, quick check-in, good food with regional products and wines, large, comfortable rooms, they all overlook the outside, therefore nature, with armchairs just in front of the French window. You park right in front of your door and it's very convenient. Quality dinner and smiling and attentive service. It was our second stop and thanks to the information we were also able to visit the region, Avallon and Vezelay before resuming our trip to Switzerland.

I have known your establishment since 1988! I always come back with pleasure and have never been disappointed. The welcome and the service are always pleasant, the food always good and the service very good. BUT, this time (May 2023) I have 2 remarks to make: 1/ I regretted the disappearance of the beautiful white tablecloths. Your beautiful room no longer has the shine of before. We can't wait for their return! 2/ We "waited" a little 1/4 hour for the main course due to an overload in the kitchen! It's a first and it's a shame.

het is jammer dat de website van het hotel niet aangeeft dat de kamers niet in het hoofgebouw zijn maar afzonderlijk als kleine huisjes aan elkaar geschakeld op het domein. Hierdoor moet de reiziger steeds door de buiten voor ontbijt en restaurant. Het restaurant is lekker , vriendelijk personeel en goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding.
