A pleasant, relaxing stay, we are close to the city of Périgueux and surroundings. The room is practical, pretty, the restaurant is nice, a small cozy atmosphere, the food very good. Accustomed to hotel stays, the value for money is very good! We have everything on site, breakfast, dinner, the formula offered during the week is great. I would come back for the evening menu with the 4-course menu.
Room for overnight stay corresponds to the bare minimum. No bedside lamps, no glass in the bathroom, additional heating only.
Establishment showing a certain neglect. The staff is nevertheless very friendly and the food is correct. Exterior without maintenance and disorder. Accommodation without functional heating and a wall convector with 20cm of cable and not fixed, will help out but far from being secure. 2nd time I come and no improvement seen on these 2 points in the space of almost 1 year.
According to the hotelier, he has just bought it and is restoring everything according to his finances. However, this does not exclude cleanliness and maintenance. The exteriors were dirty and abandoned, like the swimming pool in a sad state, while this is one of the elements that made us choose this establishment in addition to the fact that it was a home. The air conditioning in the room was not electrically powered despite the high temperatures. There was rubbish lying around in the flower beds. Access to the car park was just a hole.
Perfect welcome, spacious and pleasant room, simple but perfect catering!
It’s a shame that we weren’t warned that the restaurant remains closed on Saturday evenings. There are a few small signs missing to guide us. Some small work remains to be carried out for a more attractive welcome. The sympathy and courage of the new owner promises great things.
I had the "emergency" room and it is not well located. Drink delivery truck parked in front of my door and unloading in the room against the room at 7:05 in the morning. Noises from beer kegs etc. Lots of walking noises and sounds of running water and water taps from the room above. Warped wooden shutter very hard to close. Very poor monitoring of the front door, I covered the window with a bath towel so as not to be visible in my privacy.

The hotel was supposed to have a pool and a restaurant, the pool was completely filthy, the restaurant was closed, even though I had asked beforehand. There was no one at reception, you had to call to ask which room had room. When you left, no one was there either. The lady on the phone didn't feel guilty and said that there were nice restaurants in the area, even though it was 7:45 p.m. on a Saturday evening. Besides, everything was fine and you had rooms. I would not recommend this Logite de France. Logis de France should consider whether a hotel that misrepresents such facts can continue to be a member.
We had booked 4 nights and canceled on the first night. There was no one there when we arrived, the keys were in the room. Everything is broken and upside down in the yard. The swimming pool was green and the equipment around it was out of order. We also saw a rat come out of the basement! The bathroom heater did not work, although the outside temperature was cool. Breakfast was minimal. We will only have very bad memories of this establishment. I don't think we will return to Logis hotel.
Good but as reported room 31 - (exterior light poorly adjusted and turns on and off constantly at night) and the door closes poorly

Good morning. Lack of exterior lighting along the wall between the parking lot and room 32 The unmaintained swimming pool, I think there is a lack of staff for exterior maintenance. For the bedroom no problem, a lack of hook or shelf in the bathroom to hang our things and the towel. No comments on the restaurant, because I thought it was closed during my stay,
