This is a traditional French hotel situated in an attractive small provincial town. Unfortunately these hotels are becoming more and more uncommon due to a variety of different factors. Everything was very good including the restaurant and staff. A very pleasant place to stay on our trip.

The Hotel La Garissade is a perfect combination of a so-called "essential" hotel and a charming hotel. The intimate and warm character accompanies quality services - the necessary is provided, without excess but perfectly satisfactory, the cleanliness and hygiene are up to par, the hotel stay gives complete satisfaction. As for the catering, we also found what we were looking for. We appreciated the sensible but refined cuisine, based on local products. In addition, the staff creates a climate of natural conviviality that is quite pleasant. The Hotel la Garissade is therefore an excellent address to recommend.

An extremely warm and beautiful place, the charm of the stone really seduced us but also the careful and tasteful decoration. We really liked the beautiful quotes hung in the corridors of the hotel, such as: “Don't forget to hang out with happy people because happiness is contagious” and many others ♥️♥️♥️ Very good products too on the catering side. As for the staff, everyone was very professional, perfect welcome, perfect service and above all incredibly kind. Well done to the boss 👏 Thank you for everything ♥️🙏♥️

The toilet didn't flush until the 20th try. The soap dispenser was no longer attached to the wall. The bedding was of fairly average quality. The price of the night justified a much better quality service.

A great experience at Labastide Murat in the heart of the Causse. A dynamic village and an exceptional Logis de France for the quality of its restaurant and its welcome! Local products cooked to perfection.
Accommodation located on our itinerary, chosen for the mention "Gourmet restaurant" (generous cuisine in a neat setting), nothing to say about the setting, on the other hand the disappointing menu at €38: - appetizer: verrine of tabbouleh ... - starter: order a tomato carpaccio (titled on the menu at the table); served: a tomato salad (cut into quarters) with the pretext that the tomatoes did not lend themselves to being cut into carpaccio-style slices... the tomatoes were firm enough for a serrated knife, or a mandolin...; on the foie gras side: a thin slice of foie gras hidden under 2 grilled toasts... - veal steak: good, but the piece served should not exceed 90g, almost half of a "normal" portion, - half duck breast, cooked ordered "blue", served rare, almost "rare" ... the cooking error is passable and can be acceptable, but the meat was stiff like a duck fillet (unlike the breast), the table next door had the plates returned to the kitchen... - desserts: soft homemade chocolate... good, but as smooth and calibrated as the "Coeur coulant au chocolat" from Sysco...; Garissade-style Pavlova: some fresh fruit on whipped cream! How to say ? it was just missing the meringue which is the basis of the recipe, why the name "Pavlova"? ... In short, a nice room, not bad overall, but the very large plates are far from generous, a bit like the decor: empty frames, and certainly not worth €38/pers . It was without a doubt the most pretentious restaurant while also being the worst value for money of our trip...
