Step into a world full of harmony
A lift from the car park to the top floor makes a maximum of rooms accessible to the disabled. The hotel is now 98% approved to 2011 standards for the finished part.
A breakfast room with a French ceiling, a small adjoining lounge for more isolated PDJs, a bar-tapas which is a tea room during the day and a wine bar on certain evenings in a cosy atmosphere with a fireplace, and a photo library at our guests' disposal, two atmospheric cellars with wells in decoration for atmospheric evenings, and a terrace in summer are offered to our guests.
The entire hotel and common areas have been completely renovated: insulation, security, accessibility have been studied and the new has blended with the old respecting the place in a 12th century town. Its façade has been redone in Burgundy ochre colours, in perfect respect of the Burgundian style and with the concern of protecting the environment (the ochre comes from the Burgundian soil). We defend the environment by encouraging our clients to take preventive measures in this respect. The entire establishment is non-smoking. A car park is available to our guests for 6 spaces, which cannot be reserved. Our friends animals are accepted if they are kept on a leash. Reduce

Charming hotel ideally located opposite the access gate to the medieval city. The welcome is charming and efficient. We were able to benefit from a free parking space right in front of the entrance. The establishment has been renovated with great taste, combining modern comfort and preserved character. Every piece of furniture and object has been well chosen. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The breakfast room is like the rest, charming and the buffet was very diverse and plentiful. Perhaps some scrambled eggs were missing to be completely

Very nice, but nobody had front desk to welcome us. There is a phone number but want directly to voicemail. After pounding on the door, VERY nice cleaning lady let us in and register us. We had mention we would be there between 11 am and noon. We arrived on time.
Checking out was GREAT, they even let us use parking hotel, AFTER we check out.
Breakfast was nice but not much savory, lots of delicious croissants, nice selection of jams.
The bathroom shower has moldy streaked all over wall. The bathtub was amazing.
The card did not open the room and there was no one to attend to it. They also had an error in the reservation and the person who came to attend was very unfriendly and did not even apologize
The hotel was wonderful in every respect. Staff was unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom both spacious and well-appointed. Bed very good. The location, on the main road, which made it easy to get to, but just across from the gate to the historic center, was ideal. Sort of a mirror of the hotel itself: a rambling 18th-century building with modern up-to-date amenities -- the right blend of comfort and charm.

A very good room and very good breakfast, optimal and central location (1 minute walk to the city center). The location of the hotel enabled us to make many tourist trips to the surrounding area. This accommodation was ideal for visiting the historic center of Semur-en-Auxois. In addition to its perfect location, this hotel provided us with a pleasant and very quiet room, very clean and perfectly equipped, to which was added a friendly, attentive and efficient welcome. Nothing to complain about for this address to which we will happily return.

This hotel would be perfect if the rooms facing the street weren't so noisy. They provide earplugs… but that's not a solution! There is work to be done on sound insulation.
