Very nice charming hotel, simple and efficient welcome in a bucolic setting. We have been going there every year for 15 years and it is impeccable every time.

A particularly clean hotel with a beautiful setting. Very pleasant and smiling staff. A perfectly maintained wellness area, very pretty and perfect background music to relax. At the hotel's Winstub, staff just as pleasant and smiling. Quality and tasty cuisine. A very pleasant stay and we will return with joy.

Carpets in hotel rooms are not hygienic and contemporary.

Travel for work. When I arrived I was offered a larger room because I had to work in the room a few hours a day, thank you very much for that! The restaurant is excellent for a stopover evening, I recommend it! Very good stay to the point that I will certainly come back in Tourism mode.

This was my first and only Hotel in the country side, which had no view, but instead on both windows another building in right in front. I mean New York Style in front, about 2m away from our window. The receptionist was very unfriendly and not willing to remedy this situation. The hotel was not fully booked and other rooms available. The bed was worn and uncomfortable. Not to recommend!

Beautiful place, a warm and professional welcome and service. The romantic room is really nice, spacious, impeccable cleanliness, I recommend. I recommend the restaurant opposite for meals, where you will find local products deliciously highlighted.

We came for the Winstubb and thought the terrace was not a good match substitute for the very high quality ambience of the Winstubb. I was so disappointed. The level of stndrd was not the same.

The hotel is in a very good location with plenty of parking spaces. The rooms could use a complete overhaul - the rooms still have the charm of the 80s. If you like that (the beds are very hard). The staff is very nice and very friendly.

Avoid the 'charming room' in the new annex. It is dark, without charm, with a strange smell, and overlooks the restaurant terrace, noise guaranteed until the restaurant closes, and when the truck arrives at 5 a.m. We were happy to end our vacation in a romantic place; the joy was shattered.

Unfotunately, you have to pay 16 Euro pp for using the swimming pool.
The size of the room is ok, the matrass hard. Very small tv.
Breakfast normal.

Quiet, charming hotel with a view of the vineyard. Quality restaurant and warm welcome. Good bedding and good breakfast. The village is magnificent.

Very nice, very comfortable, well soundproofed room. On the other hand, the air conditioning is more of a ventilation, we were too hot to sleep well and the fridge was not cold enough, impossible to adjust them. The restaurant is delicious and the staff very friendly.

A big disappointment in this stay... average bedding and cramped bathroom... a 25 cl bottle of water offered over two days for two people... that's really not much! Average breakfast and above all welcome and breakfast service not at all pleasant and when we ask if it is possible to order fried eggs... the answer is short and dry: "I don't do... just calves🤪" On the other hand the restaurant is at the top and the service perfect

This was our third stay at Hotel Arnold. Friendly and service-minded receptionist. Nice double room with a balcony and view of the vineyards. Clean room and bathroom. Good wifi. Excellent breakfast buffet. Free parking just outside.

We always come back with pleasure! Located in a particularly quiet location, the nights are therefore excellent!

+ impeccable service and hospitality; quiet room; nice set of buildings, private parking - not 2 separate beds as booked; not a room in the main building; shower in the bathtub and without a "croiset". therefore to be handled manually

why some less complimentary comments: too little lighting in the room to read a book. A stool is missing in the bathroom. The hairdryer is fixed very high. For the rest, we are delighted and we will come back

We booked Hotel Arnold but we were sent to a different location up the street up a very steep hill.with no information on how to gain access.

Very nice hotel. Very good staff. There are no loungers in the SPA area and it is too loud when children are present.

Room was comfortable, a little disappointed not to be in main hotel as was unaware of this fact. Could do with tea and coffee in the room and the shower being fitted to the wall. Difficult not to flood bathroom which is then left with slippy floor.
Breakfast very busy but plenty of choice and was replenished often .

Beautiful, quiet and clean room. The only thing missing is a courtesy tray to make 1 tea or coffee in the room. The shower should be reviewed because 1 curtain is missing so as not to get water everywhere

Booked soiree stage. Initially a room with small windows. After paying 8 euros, I received a room with a balcony. There was a large pine tree here, so there was little view. Bathroom had a shower in the bath, without a shield, so the bathroom floor was wet after showering. During the week it is not possible to have a drink anywhere, except from the minibar

Disappointing - simply put. The welcome and the service in the restaurant in the evening were perfect, the catering a little disappointing, and the welcome in the morning I dare not say what I think.....we simply won't come back.

A spa hotel that I highly recommend, a truly beautiful setting, very very welcoming hosts, just magnificent

I have been very disappointed. Following an announced gluten intolerance, the same pre-packaged rusks were served for breakfast throughout the stay, excluding. This is completely loveless and unnecessary, you can buy gluten-free baked goods (bread and rolls) everywhere.

First experience in this establishment and what a surprise! Everything was perfect ! The welcome, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast, the restaurant located next door... The hotel is very well located, and allows you to enjoy the surrounding villages in a practical and pleasant way. Truly a memorable weekend.

Very nice Alsatian hotel in a magnificent setting. One night stay in the evening stopover, very well received, large functional and quiet room. Very good table (even if the menu is imposed) in a cozy restaurant. At breakfast cold meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries etc, and special mention for the bread! Several car parks available.

Superb establishment with a magnificent view! The staff are helpful and warm. Our room was perfect (decor, equipment, balcony, view, cleanliness). We have not been to the SPA, so no opinion. Only downside: the orange juice that was not in a hurry. But that's just a detail.

We were especially disappointed by the wellness area: tiny pool and no jacuzzi and all that for the sum of 16 euros per person! Especially since we had come from another less expensive home, which had included a magnificent relaxation area in the price.
