We come here every year - never disappoints! Lovely rooms, friendly staff and great food.
I booked a night on Saturday, August 3 at the following location: HOTEL RESTAURANT LE PRIEURÉ 1 QUAI FABRY 2 RUE POTERNE 07700 BOURG SAINT ANDEOL FRANCE This establishment is listed on the ANCV website and I would not have selected it without it. I specified when I booked on the website, in the comments: "I would like to pay with the ANCV holiday vouchers application". As a precaution, I also called the day before at exactly 8:14 p.m. and the person at the hotel (a lady) confirmed that it was indeed possible to pay with the ANCV application. Despite all this, this Saturday, at 7 p.m., when it was time to take our room, the hotel manager declared himself incompetent when I wanted to pay with the application. I said that it had been confirmed to me the day before that it was possible to pay this way and the lady who confirmed this came, but the manager discredited her in front of us, saying that she did not know the procedure. In the end, he insisted that I pay with my credit card. I refused and left his establishment. So I found myself in Ardèche with no way of finding accommodation and I had to return to my town. The worst thing is that the following Wednesday I saw 74€ taken from my account by the hotel. It is unbearable, so much dishonesty!!!
Good welcome, staff available and very pleasant. Would perhaps benefit from air-conditioned rooms in hot weather, and shutters for rooms facing east. Shower curtain to be replaced with windows. Beautiful setting for dining room and common areas: living room and terrace. Nice view. Pleasant and very quiet area. Very good bedding. Good experience.

Poor installations, 40 minutes to have hot water, wifi does not reach the room, the power strip broken, the ELECTRIC ADAPTER radiator faulty.
Old building with large stone walls, a little damp, somewhat difficult to heat during cold days in winter. In summer, it must be very pleasant in the heat. Very good meals taken on site. Very welcoming, smiling and friendly staff.

We spent one night there, arrived around 8:00 p.m. We wanted to have a drink. We were sent to the city center where everything was closed. Well we admit! Honestly there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The breakfast taken at 9:00 am there was nothing left and frankly nothing made you want. The person who was there felt like she was at the end of her life. The customers who arrived after us cleared the table for lunch. In short, if everything was blah, blah...I'll never set foot here again. It's still incredible to hold in so badly.

On arrival there was only lukewarm water. Quite a bit of road noise outside the window.
Very nice hotel, old but we like it, a very spacious room, a very friendly welcome, very good breakfast, excellent evening meal. A magnificent view of the Rhône, maybe just a little noisy at night, provide earplugs. We will be back!

Ideally placed on the ViaRhona 0 meters to do to find the hotel! Very friendly welcome and local bike at the top. The wine list is accessible and the dinner very good and plentiful. The hotel and the restaurant are in an old building and decorated in the spirit of the period.
Very nice stop, exotic as you wish. Full of charm in this old building.
