Hélas, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la douche correctement afin de nous détendre. Le débit du jet était très très très faible ! Cela nous a beaucoup agacé !
Mon fils de 12 ans a même fait une crise de nerf en écrivant horrible/ affreux sur la buée du miroir lorsque je suis passée après lui !
D’autre part, les oreillers étaient trop plats. C’est bien difficile de dormir
à plat pour nous !

Hotel stopover where I come once a year for years Always so pleasant in a green setting. Spacious and clean room. Extra and very professional staff. What else can I say?

We appreciate the location of your hotel located near the center of Coutances. We chose it partly for our electric vehicle. However, we are disappointed that the terminals were not yet operational. We were able to recharge on an electrical outlet in the bike shelter. We like the setting and the calm of the hotel. The staff is pleasant and professional. The only downside during our recent stay was on Friday, September 28, in the breakfast room at 7:00 a.m. The room was plunged into darkness. We tried to find switches, without success. We called, no one came. Another customer also arrived. He called, went behind the counter, no one. We were in a hurry, we prepared our morning meal in the dark. After 5 minutes the receptionist arrived and turned on the room. For breakfast, it would be a plus to offer eggs.

Aging hotel. No heating possible in the bathroom. Smells of humidity. Peeling or scratched paint, wall-to-wall carpeting in the corridors was fashionable in the 1980s. Breakfast, no eggs or omelette, soft bread, orange juice a real donkey piss. The fruit salad was not fresh, the fruit all soggy, and the juice of a dubious color. No yogurts. Etc. etc.
Well located, easy access, parking, very well received, very helpful staff, a very quiet little hotel! The breakfast is very good, a double room is welcome when you are with family, thank you!

Our room smelt of urine, it was filthy and under the bed was medicine and someone else's clothes. This was disappointing with young children that pick everything up

Professional and very pleasant welcome upon our arrival, fresh, clean and quiet room for the season a real plus...!!! (a 160 bed would have filled our stay) All the staff are attentive to our needs...!! the self-service coffee and tea available in the reception is very appreciable..

the qualities: a very warm and friendly welcome, there is enough choice at breakfast, nice setting. the faults: I had a room with a bedside lamp that didn't work, a coat rack that was undone, a bathtub without a non-slip mat or handle to hold on to, no shower hook (so be very careful not to slip or you have to sit down but it's not practical when you're a certain age), no electrical outlets at the head of the bed (you have to get up to plug in a device), negligence in cleaning the bedroom windows and bay windows, big marks, unmaintained terraces, for 115e per night + tourist tax + breakfast, total around 150e per night, for a 3 star for me it's not worth it.

We reserved 2 rooms: one for 3 people and another for 2. In the room of the 3 people, the TV did not work. In the 2nd bedroom, the carpet has really changed, it looks like it has stains everywhere due to wear, the shower also has a musty smell, in the sink: the water drain by cork; no hairdryer although I think it is obligatory in 3-star hotels. Breakfast is the simplest, really the simplest, priced at €12 per person. Luckily we only stayed for one night.

I have been visiting this establishment regularly for more than 20 years, the evening setting has gradually become a stopover given the quality of the services. Lower closure of the restaurant, a few years ago evening stopover room with very dilapidated bathroom, but above all very clear degradation of the quality of reception. The receptionist in place certainly seems overwhelmed, but that should not prevent him from remaining pleasant, particularly haughty and superior. I only think of frequenting this establishment.
The bedding is horrible
When I arrived, I found the hotel a little austere but I quickly changed my mind. Warm, professional welcome, a lovely smile and great availability of staff. I recommend this hotel.

Rooms with mold absolutely not up to a three-star standard
We arrived late but reception was still open, welcoming and helpful. They even opened the bar for us. The family room we had was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was a good choice and good quality too. Staff were very helpful throughout our brief visit.
Damp room, musty smell, and mold stains on the sheets
The staff were welcoming and pleasant.
However the room was disappointing: it was very stuffy and the window would not stay open. Also the bathroom had mouldy walls.
Finally, the WiFi did not work at all which was very disappointing.

Er was geen contactdoos voor een stekker voorzien in de badkamer, wat wel nodig is.
De stokbroden waren hard.
De kamerinrichting was verouderd.
Comfortable twin bed room but being elderly did not like being given unsuitable bathroom- high sided bath with shower attachment, would have preferred walk in shower. Very surprised there was no lift.

Excellent breakfast. Nice bathroom. On the other hand, the bedding (140 cm) deserves to be enlarged. Finally, there are no outlets on either side of the bed.

My first time in this hotel, and certainly not the last, the hotel is quiet, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are well equipped (small problem, no shower curtain, but that's not a big deal). 15 minutes walk from the cathedral, and around 30 from the station. I recommend this hotel.
